السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاتـــه




تعد رياضة المشي من أقدم الرياضات النسائية و انجعها و المشي يعد من أفضــل التمارين على الإطلاق بالنسبة للجنسين و بصفة خاصة للمراة ,حيث تعمل هذه الرياضة على إذابة الدهون المتراكمة في جسمها. كما انها تقوي مختلف العضلات و تجعلها تحافظ على لياقتها البدنيــة و حيوتها ..
و يمكن للمرأة ان تمارس رياضة المشـــي دون أي إستعدادت خاصة,كما يمكن ممارستها بصفة دورية و منتظمـــة حيث اثبت بعض الباحثين المختصين ان على المرأة ان تمشي يومياً مدة 45 دقيقة على الأقل بوتيرة منتظمــة و هذا النمط من المشــي له تأثير كبير في تحريض القلب و الجهاز الدموي كما يؤثر على نسبة السعرات الحرارية التي يحتاجها جسم المرأة للقيام بمختلف النشاطات.

و حسب رأيي المشي أسهل رياضة يمكن ممارستها من طرف المرأة حيث ان ليس هناك عوائق أو صعوبات في ممارستها حتى ان كانت مرأة ما تعاني من مشاكل في الركبــة او آلام على مستوى القدمين نجد ان المشي أفضل لها لذلك نرى ان العديد من الأطباء ينصحن المسنات بممارستها

كما ان المشي جد مفيـــد للحوامــل و اللاتي يعانين من مرض السكــــري حيث يساعدهن في تنظيــم الدورة الدموية و تنشيط خلايا الجســم

افضل رياضة يمارسها الانسان في حياته هي المشي .
ليس بالضرورة للمراة فقط ...
ينصح الاطباء ان مشيء مدة كل يوم نصف ساعة وما فوق عامل جيد ليحافظ الانسان على صحته ودورته الدموية ..
