طبيب سيف الإسلام القذافي يقرر بتر أصابعه لإصابتها الخطيرة

ذكرت وكالة "رويترز" أن سيف الإسلام، نجل العقيد الراحل معمر القذافي، يحتاج إلى عملية جراحية لإزالة أنسجة أصابتها الغرغرينا في أصبعين بيده اليمنى، لكن ثوار بلدة الزلتان الذين يحتجزونه يرفضون نقله إلى مستشفى خوفا على حياته.

ونقلت "رويترز" عن الطبيب الأوكراني الذي قام بفحص سيف الإسلام قبل ثلاثة أيام قوله أنه "يحتاج إلي جراحة لإزالة أنسجة أصابتها الغرغرينا في أصبعين بيده اليمنى، وأنه إذا لم تجر الجراحة فقد يصاب بمرض خطير".

وقال أندريه موراخوفسكي، وهو طبيب أوكراني المولد يعمل في الزنتان، البلدة المعتقل فيها سيف الإسلام، بعد أن قام بعلاجه قبل ثلاثة أيام: "هذا الجرح ليس في حالة جيدة ويحتاج إلي بتر".

وظهر سيف الإسلام وقد وضع ضمادات حول ثلاثة أصابع يقول إنها أصيبت أثناء ضربة جوية لحلف شمال الأطلسي قبل أسابيع. ولم تتكشف المزيد من التفاصيل عن حالة أصابعه، وهي الإبهام والسبابة والوسطى.

وقال موراخوفسكي إن الأصبع الوسطى في يد سيف الإسلام لا تحتاج إلى جراحة، لكن الإبهام والسبابة أصيبتا بتهتك شديد ويخرج منهما الصديد ويحتاجان لتدخل جراحي.

وعندما بثت صورة لسيف الإسلام وقد ظهرت ضمادات حول أصابعه اعتقد كثير من الليبيين أن المقاتلين الذي اعتقلوه عمدوا إلى بتر أصابعه عقابا له على تعليقاته التلفزيونية التي ظهر فيها وهو يهدد المعارضين للقذافي ملوحا لهم بأصابعه.

لكن موراخوفسكي قال إن الجروح تتناسب مع إصابة ناتجة عن "نوع من الانفجار".
وأضاف أن التدخل الجراحي المطلوب بسيط نسبيا ويمكن إجراؤه في الزنتان تحت تخدير موضعي لكن المقاتلين في البلدة يخشون أن يحاول أحد قتل سيف الإسلام إذا أخذوه إلى المستشفى.
