المستشار العسكري للقذافي يكشف أسراراً مثيرة عن سقوط طرابلس ونهاية العقيد

فجّر الضابط الروسي إيليا كورينيف، وهو أحد المستشارين العسكريين للقائد الليبي معمر القذافي، مفاجآت في حوار أجراه مع صحيفة "ارغومينتي نيديلي" الروسية، حيث كشف عما أسماه بأخطاء القذافي التي سهلت اجتياح قوات الناتو لليبيا وأسقطت طرابلس في أيدي الثوار.
ويذكر من تلك الأخطاء عدم اعتقال الضباط المنشقين عن النظام والاكتفاء بمراقبتهم، كما يتحدث عن جانب من مشاركته في تدريب قوات القذافي على حرب الشوارع بمعية نجله خميس. ويتهم الإعلام القطري بفبركة مشاهد سقوط طرابلس وغيرها من التفاصيل المثيرة .

وقال الضابط الروسي: "خرجت في مهمة إلى طرابلس ووصلت مع "قافلة" إلى مقر قيادة العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي. وبدأت فورا العمل على تدريب أفراد اللواء المعزز 32، الذي كان ولا يزال بقيادة خميس القذافي. وأعطيت التعليمات الخاصة بحرب الشوارع، وأشرفت على التدريب بنفسي.

وبعد أن اتضح تعذر الصمود في طرابلس في شهر جويلية تقريبا، قررنا المباشرة بتدريب أفراد اللواء على الاشتباك في صدامات مسلحة بمجموعات مستقلة صغيرة سواء في ظروف المدن أو خارج حدود المراكز السكانية. وكان الاهتمام بصورة أساسية بالتدريب على أعمال التخريب".

واعترف الضابط الروسي في حواره ان هناك أخطاء أدت إلى سقوط طرابلس، ولكنه أشار أيضا إلى أن تلك الأخطاء لم تكن على مستوى الدفاع، وقال: "الخطأ ليس في الدفاع، إنما في تقييم النزاع، فقد كان القذافي يعيش في عالمين متوازيين، القذافي لم يصدق بالاعتداء على بلده حتى اللحظة الأخيرة. وحتى في أواسط أوت، عندما وجهت ضربات بالقنابل والصواريخ إلى طرابلس والى مدن أخرى، كان يتحدث إلى برلسكوني وساركوزي.

وكانا يؤكدان له عدم تعرض طرابلس إلى عملية برية. وكان قد عرض على القذافي قبل بضع سنوات إنشاء منظومة دفاع جوي قوية متكاملة. وكان من الممكن تحقيق هذا من خلال جمهوريات سوفيتية سابقة. ولكنه وجد أن هذا قد يثير غضب الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا".

وتابع الضابط الروسي: "كما أن الخطأ كان في مراقبة الضباط الليبيين الخونة لفترة طويلة. لقد كان من الضروري اعتقالهم فورا، وعدم ترك "هذا المرض" ينتشر دون عقاب".

وقال: "لقد حذرتنا قنوات إخبارية بعرضها لمشاهد عن "انتصار" المتمردين التقطت في قطر. وكانت ديكورات الساحة الخضراء في طرابلس مقامة في صحراء قرب الدوحة. وكنا نعرف أسباب ذلك. فهذه المشاهد كانت بمثابة إشارة لهجوم المتمردين والمخربين. واثر هذه المشاهد بدأت "خلايا المتمردين النائمة" بإقامة الحواجز في كافة أنحاء المدينة، واقتحام مراكز القيادة وشقق الضباط الذين لم يخونوا القذافي. وبدأت عمليات إنزال وحدات أجنبية في الميناء.

وانقطع الاتصال بأحد الأجنحة. وسلم أحد الضباط الكبار موقعه دون معركة. وأمر القذافي بالانسحاب و"عدم إخماد النار بالنار". وعدم تحويل طرابلس إلى محرقة لوحدات الجيش والسكان المسالمين على حد سواء".

وأضاف الضابط الروسي: "رفض المئات من الفدائيين تنفيذ هذا الأمر، وبقوا يدافعون عن المدنية، في محاولة لإرهاق الخصم بأقصى درجة، وصرفه عن مطاردة الزعيم والقيادة العسكرية. وبدأ الهجوم، وغادر الجميع القصر بجوار قاعدة باب العزيزية إلى دار صغيرة في جنوب العاصمة. وبعد بضع ساعات غادرنا المدينة بواسطة عدة سيارات باتجاه منطقة آمنة. وتبين أن هذا تم في الوقت المناسب، إذ سقطت على الدار 3 قنابل ثقيلة خارقة للملاجئ على التوالي. وكانت السيارات من نوع جيب عادية، وليس سيارات "مرسيدس" مصفحة خاصة. علما بأنه لا يوجد أدنى شك في أن الأمريكيين كانوا يعرفون مكان وجود القذافي في معظم الحالات. ولكن الصواريخ والقنابل سقطت هناك بعد الخروج بـ5 دقائق. وكانوا بهذا كما لو أنهم يحذرونه من أنه بوسعهم تصفيته في أي لحظة".

واستطرد الضابط الروسي: "كانت هناك مجموعة تخريب، تتكون من 30 فردا. ومعظمهم من جيش قطر، و13 فردا انكليزيا وفرنسيا. وكانوا يقومون بآخر عمليات الاستطلاع في بني وليد.

وعلى ما يبدو لم تتوافر لديهم معلومات جيدة عن ضواحي المدينة. ولقد أبلغ السكان المحليون أن هناك مجموعة تتسكع حول المدينة. وتم شن عملية ضدهم وأسرهم. لقد اعدم الليبيون القطريين فورا، لأنهم يكرهونهم جدا. ويقولون كيف يدخل مسلم بيت مسلم آخر ويقتل عائلته؟ ولذا يجب إعدامهم وانتهى. وجرى فصل الانكليز والفرنسيين، واستجوابهم ونقلوا إلى ملجأ".

وأفاد المتحدث أن الناطق باسم نظام القذافي موسى إبراهيم اقترح نقل البريطانيين إلى الجزائر لعرضهم في مؤتمر صحفي، "إلا أن التعقيدات الدبلوماسية العديدة" حالت دون ذلك.

وتحدث ايليا كورينيف أيضا عن تنازع الأطراف الليبية على مقاليد الحكم، وتوقف عند عبد الحكيم بلحاج رئيس المجلس العسكري لمدينة طرابلس وقال: "عبد الحكيم بلحاج، الحاكم العسكري لمدينة طرابلس يطمح إلى منصب قيادي في الحكومة الليبية الجديدة. وهو الشخص الأول في الجماعة الإسلامية الليبية المقاتلة، التي اعتبرتها وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية منظمة إرهابية".

ويقول أيضا: "هناك جوانب نفسية وإعلامية خطيرة جدا لها شأن في التحولات التي حصلت في ليبيا، إذا كانت تحلق في سماء ليبيا بصورة دائمة طائرات أمريكية خاصة بالدعاية، تلقي مناشير".
