السودان يطرد سفير كينيا

أمرت الحكومة السودانية سفير كينيا بمغادرة الخرطوم وسحبت في الوقت نفسه سفيرها من نيروبي, في تصاعد للأزمة بين البلدين, بعدما أمرت محكمة كينية الحكومة باعتقال الرئيس السوداني عمر حسن البشير، على خلفية اتهامه بارتكاب جرائم حرب في دارفور.
وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية السودانية العبيد مروح إن السودان أمهل السفير الكيني 72 ساعة لمغادرة البلاد.
وفي وقت سابق أمس الإثنين, قال العبيد مروح للصحفيين إن الخارجية ترى أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين المذكرة الكينية و"النجاحات" التي حققتها زيارات الرئيس عمر البشير الخارجية، وأنها تأتي كمحاولة للحد من تلك النجاحات، بحسب قوله.
وربط المسؤول السوداني بين قرار القاضي الكيني وما أسماه "إخفاق" المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/D5A5F59A-FC8E-4EC3-9D9E-2B218DA2CAA9,frameless.htm)لويس مورينو أوكامبو (http://www.aljazeera.net/news/archive/archive?ArchiveId=1096832) في إقناع دول أعضاء في مجلس الأمن وميثاق روما باعتقال الرئيس حين كان في زيارة لملاوي.
ويأتي قرار المحكمة بناء على طلب من لجنة رجال القانون الدولية التي تعد منظمة غير حكومية, بعدما أخفقت كينيا في اعتقال البشير أثناء زيارته لها في العام الماضي، على الرغم من إصدار المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في لاهاي مذكرة اعتقال بحقه في مارس 2009.
يشار إلى أن كينيا من بين الدول الموقعة على المعاهدة التي شكلت على أساسها المحكمة الجنائية الدولية. ويذكر أيضا أن العديد من الدول الأفريقية ومنها مالاوي وتشاد كانت قد رفضت تنفيذ مذكرة الاعتقال الدولية بحق البشير.
وقد قللت الحكومة السودانية من شأن المذكرة القضائية الكينية، وتحدثت عن تعرض حكومة نيروبي لضغوط من قبل ناشطين ومنظمات دولية في هذا الشأن.
ويأتي القرار إثر طلب تقدم به الفرع الكيني للجنة الدولية للمشرعين، ومفاده أن "كينيا التي وقعت المعاهدة التأسيسية للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية مرغمة على توقيف البشير، وهو ما لم يحصل خلال زيارة قام بها الرئيس السوداني إلى نيروبي في أواخر أوت العام الماضي".
وندد الفرع الكيني للجنة الدولية للمشرعين -في طلبه الذي قدمه خلال عام 2010- بقدوم البشير إلى كينيا لحضور مراسم إعلان الدستور الجديد، ولم تقم السلطات بتوقيفه آنذاك، مما أثار انتقادات من قبل دول عديدة.
