المتهمون بقتل يونس يهددون الانتقالي



هدد المتهمون بقتل قائد جيش التحرير اللواء عبد الفتاح يونس ورفيقيه "بعواقب وخيمة" إذا فكر المجلس الوطني الإنتقالي في القبض عليهم، ونفوا بشدة التهم الموجهة إليهم، لكنهم رفضوا بشدة أيضا المثول أمام القضاء، ووصفوا المؤتمر الذي أعلن فيه المدعي العام العسكري يوسف الأصيفر ورئيس المجلس الانتقالي مصطفى عبد الجليل قائمة المتهمين، بأنه بداية انحراف الثورة.

وهدد المتهمون بإغلاق مطار بنغازي ومنع هبوط وصعود الطيران، وإغلاق الفنادق أمام البعثات الصحفية العربية والدولية التي تجاهلت إيصال صوتهم إلى الشعب، واتهموا أعضاء في المجلس الانتقالي بالوقوف وراء إفشال مؤتمرهم الصحفي صباح أمس الأربعاء بفندق أوزر في بنغازي.

ودافع أبرز المتهمين وهو الدكتور علي العيساوي نائب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي سابقا عن براءته من التهم الموجهة إليه، وقال إنه يتمسك بحقوقه القانونية، وإن النيابة العسكرية لم تباشر التحقيقات حتى توجه الاتهام، واستغرب إعلان النائب العام الاتهامات رغم إحالة القضية إلى المدعي العام العسكري.

وأعرب العيساوي عن استغرابه لكشف النيابة العسكرية عن التهم الموجهة إليه بالقتل مع سبق الإصرار والترصد، بعد يوم واحد من حديثه لقناة "ليبيا تي.في" التي تبث من القاهرة تناول فيه تفاصيل القضية برمتها.

وقال محاميه إنهم سيباشرون إجراءات الطعن في الاتهامات عند استلام قرار الاتهام الصادر عن المدعي العسكري، ودافع عن براءة موكله، قائلا إن المسؤولية إدارية "صرفة " وفق الإجراءات والوقائع.

وقال المتهمون في بيان صادر عنهم إن القضية فتحت الأبواب لمن له أجندة سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية لتحقيق مآرب خاصة، بدلا من التركيز على تحديد هوية الجناة الحقيقيين ومعرفة دوافعهم وتحديد تبعيتهم.

واستمر البيان ليقول إن ثورة 17 فبراير انحرفت عن مسارها الحقيقي بتوجيه الاتهامات "الباطلة" إلى الثوار الشرفاء ومحاولة إلصاق التهم بهم، مؤكدا أنهم منذ اليوم الأول طالبوا بالتحقيق وكشف ملابسات القضية.

وذكروا أنهم تعاملوا مع أسرى كتائب العقيد الراحل معمر القذافي وفقا للأعراف والقوانين الدولية، ولم يقتلوا أحدا منهم خارج إطار القانون، وتساءلوا "إذا كانت معاملة أعوان القذافي بهذا الشكل، فكيف نقتل رئيس أركان الجيش؟".

وقال البيان إن المتهمين حرصوا على متابعة مجريات التحقيق مع النيابة المدنية لكشف الجريمة والفاعلين وتقديمهم للعدالة، مؤكدين رفضهم القاطع المثول أمام قضاء "تسلل إليه أزلام القذافي"، في إشارة إلى القضاء العسكري، وتعهدوا بالدفاع عن أنفسهم بكل الوسائل المناسبة "لإيمانهم ببراءتهم المطلقة".

وحذر البيان بشدة "كل من له مصلحة في تشويه سمعة الثوار"، مؤكدين قدرتهم على اجتثاث "هؤلاء" دون تعريفهم، وقالوا بالحرف "كما قمنا باجتثاث الطاغية، قادرون على اجتثاث من يسعى إلى تشويه صورتنا".

واعتبروا المؤتمر الذي أعلن فيه المدعي العام العسكري ورئيس المجلس الانتقالي لائحة أسماء المتهمين مساء الاثنين بداية انحراف الثورة، وبداية عهد دولة جديدة "ظالمة ومتعسفة".
ووصف البيان اتهام أشخاص قبل مثولهم للتحقيق عبر وسائل الإعلام بأنه تصرف "غير أخلاقي".

وقال المتهم مصطفى الربع من كتيبة شهداء "ليبيا الحرة" الذي كان مكلفا بتسليم أمر القبض للواء يونس وتأمين وصوله إلى مقر لجنة التحقيق القضائية في بنغازي، إن يونس اتصل على مدى أربع ساعات بالقيادات في المجلس الانتقالي والمكتب التنفيذي وعلى رأسهم عبد الجليل، لكنهم تجاهلوا الرد عليه.

وأكد أن قوة حماية يونس شهود على دوره في عملية تسليم أمر القبض والإحضار، مشيرا إلى أنه لا توجد مؤسسات في الدولة حتى يتم القبض عليه، ومعتبرا أن المؤتمر الذي أعلن فيه اسمه "فتنة ومسخرة ومسرحية"، وقال إن قبيلة العبيدات التي ينتمي إليها اللواء تعرف من قتله، مستندا إلى مجموعة من الوثائق والأدلة التي قال إنها بحوزتهم.

وذكر متهم آخر وهو رجب العبيدي أن إعلان أسمائهم تحريض على قتلهم، ولإرضاء أولياء الدم بظلم الآخرين، وأكد أنه "إذا ما تعرض أحد الثوار المتهمين للقتل، فإن ذلك سيكون شرارة الفتنة في البلاد".
