Carrière sportive
M. Hadj Daho Ahmed est né le 21/03/1929 à Mostaganem, a débuté sa carrière sur les terrains vagues de Tijditt et notamment « Chara ».
Une carrière qui s’étend de 1948 à 1975, le doyen des arbitres de Mostaganem a dirigé des rencontres sur l’ensemble du territoire et dans tous les stades algériens, les championnats nationaux, toutes divisions. Il a aussi officié des rencontres sur les continents africains et européens, il a notamment dirigé une demi final de la coupe d’Algérie.
Voici quelques rencontres importantes qu’il a dirigé :

- ES SAHEL .2 TUNISIE. 1
- ALGERIE. 1 France. 1
- ALGERIE. O URSS .O
La demi finale coupe d’Algérie CRB - CSC,et la premiere rencontre à L’occasion de l’inauguration du stade 5 juillet MCA - NAHD-1972- la finale de la coupe d'Algérie ce fut le dernier match de sa carrière
Il a aussi occupé les fonctions de :
1) président de ligue de football de 1978 à 1982
2) président de section football ESM DE 1977 réforme sportive à 1984
3) vice président de ligue de football 1982 à 1990
4) président de ligue de judo Mostaganem période de 1985 à 1995
3) membre de bureau de la ligue de boxe Mostaganem de 1975 à 1977
HADJ DAHOU fut désigné le 1er arbitre international avec KHELIFI et BENCHERIAT .
Ses amis intimes et collègues sont HADJ GHALEM, BENALLIOUA, BENZALLAT, BENDJEDDI, SLIMANI; KAID , SETTAOUI, BENGHENIF , belkessa, chekhaimi , benghezal , BENSEGNI MOHANDI , CHICHANI ET BENCHERIAT........
C'était un personnage très estimé par tous et surtout très populaire à Mosta .
