Il a débuté dans le monde du ballon rond en tant que joueur à la cam à l’esm et au chabab de bouguirat ou il a évolué de 1955 à 1962 puis il a porté les couleur deL’ESM de 1964 à 1969 par la suite il s’est reconverti en arbitrage et a officié de 1969 à 1986 entre temps il à été promu arbitre fédéral grace à son sérieux et son abnégation « 1978à 1986 soit huit années »

Puis le reste de sa carrière il le consacrera à la formation au niveau de la ligue de mostaganem il a formé nombre d’arbitre tels DJABALLAH BENTAHAR ABED FETTOUHA et la liste est longue il a été également controleur au niveau régional durant la période allant de 1987 à 2008 et aussi controleur au niveau de la fédération de 1991 à 2004 il à assisté à plusieur stages dirigés par LACARNE AOUISSI MEDJIBA GHALEM KHELIFI etc ....

BENDANI HADJ ADDA est très connu de par son honneteté c’est pourquoi khelifi l’a surnommé « l’homme saint » ce qui l’a encouragé à arbitrer de main de maitre toutes les rencontres et après 30 années de loyaux services pour le sport en général et de la formation en particulier hadj bendani est parti en retraite de son propre gré après des années de bons et loyaux services après avoir accompli une carrière remarquable

Le président de la ligue M.Hamdani Hamdane est entrain de préparer un grand mémorial pour celui qui fut l’un des meilleurs formateurs de la ligue aux cotés des Benchedad, Neffousi,Hamdani….ect. Après avoir racroché les crampons en tant que joueur au CAM , il intégre le corps arbitral est fait une carrière honorable , il atteint le grade d’inter _ ligue et a dirigé beaucoup de rencontres importantess aux cotés des arbitrs chevronnés tel que Benchedad. Bounaga, Hansal, Bouchama….ect, il a fait honneur à Mostaganem et a formé des générations d’arbitres de renoms à l’imagedes Dahou, Belbah, Bendenia , Benbrahim, Djaballah,Benaakou, Chaa, Mihoub ; Bouamrane, Abed, Fettouha, Rezzali, Touil,Nader,1 et 2, Bendbiza…ect, la liste est tellement longue.
C’est la moindre des reconnaissances pour cet Homme Brave qui a sacrifié sa vie pour l’arbitrage et le sport.

comme ce jour le 11 Avril 2011, Papa est parti pour ne plus revenir et c’est douloureux de se rappeler.

Papa tu as eu une vie bien remplie que tu as menée fier et droit mais vraiment droit, une droiture difficile à reproduire, Papa beaucoup de gens t’ont aimé et tu as beaucoup aimé les gens, Papa tu es un homme incomparable, intègre, honnête, modeste, sage et nationaliste, on t’appelait « Le Saint » et tu l’a bien mérité, tu as fait tout ce qu’il fallait, tu as sacrifié ta vie pour nous, tu nous a aimés tous simplement, c’est la raison pour laquelle tu resteras toujours vivant dans nos cœurs et présent à jamais dans nos pensées.
