غير ان الواقع عكس مايقال .لنقارن فقط عائدات السياحة في الدول العربية

المشكل ليس في السياحة فالجزائر من البلدان الغنية في هذا المجال و لكن المشكل في التسيير و المسؤولين القائمين على القطاع السياحي .

لان الثقافة السياحية منعدمة في فكر البرلمانيييييييييييييييييييييييييييييييييييييييييي يييين ورؤساء البلديات والدوائر الذي يشترون اصوات الناخبيييييييييييييييييييييين بالمال ولانهم رجال اعمال لا فرقون ببيييييييييييييييييييين المساحات الخضراء والاسمنت المسلح
ولانهم يفتقدون للمستوى العالي الذي يجعلهم ولو لمرة واحدة يستوعبون وييعرفون العلاقة بين البيئة والسياحة.
