مثال لتحدى الإعاقة والظلم

سفيان المعاق يقود السيارة ويمارس السباحة وكرة القدم ويدير ''سيبر كافيه''

أن يولد الإنسان بإعاقة فهو قدر الله الذي يمكن الـتأقلم معه بمرور الوقت، لكن أن تحدث الإعاقة في مرحلة عمرية معينة ويتعايش معها الإنسان متجاهلا وجودها، فهو التحدي بذاته، وهو مثال الشاب سفيان من ولاية الجلفة الذي قهر إعاقته.
عندما استوقفنا سفيان لنعايش يومياته، أنستنا حيويته وإقباله على الحياة إعاقته، فلا تتذكرها إلا إذا رمقت يديه المقطوعتين من المرفق، فالشاب الذي بلغ ربيعه الثلاثين يفيض حيوية ونشاطا، فإلى جانب تسييره لمقهى أنترنت، فهو يقطع مئات الكيلومترات بسيارته، ولا يفوّت مواعيده الرياضية، من السباحة إلى كمال الأجسام وحتى كرة القدم، في نشاط لا يجاريه فيه الأصحاء. كل هذا جعل من الشاب ظاهرة يتحدث عنها سكان ولاية الجلفة، ما حرك فضولنا للقائه، حيث دعانا على فنجان قهوة واستقبلنا بروحه المرحة، وأول ما لفت انتباهنا هو استعماله لمرفقه بمرونة وهو يضع السكر في الفنجان، ثم يرد على مكالمة هاتفية دون عناء. وحتى يشبع فضولنا، عاد بنا سفيان الذي وفدت عائلته إلى الجلفة من ولاية المدية، إلى الظروف التي كانت وراء إعاقته قبل 25 سنة.
يقول سفيان ''كنا نقصد بيتنا في المدية في العطل والمناسبات، وفي صيف 1986 انتقلنا إلى هناك، وأتذكر أن خيوطا كهربائية كانت تلامس الشرفة، حيث راسل والدي أكثر من مرة مصالح سونلغاز لإزالتها دون أن يتلقى ردا، إلى أن جاء اليوم المشؤوم حيث رفعت عمود ستائر حديدي لامس الخيط الكهربائي فأصابتني صعقة كهربائية''.
ونقل سفيان إلى مستشفى مايو بالعاصمة، حيث بقي 6 أشهر تحت العناية، واكتفى الأطباء بتغيير الكمادات على يديه في غياب الطبيب المختص، وهو فرنسي الجنسية، غير أن الكارثة حدثت بعد عودة الطبيب الذي فوجئ بخروج الدود من يديه ليضطر لبترهما.
ومثلما ضيع سفيان يديه دون أن يحصل على أي تعويض من مؤسسة سونلغاز، عانى في طفولته من هروب التلاميذ منه وهو بعد في السنة الخامسة ابتدائي خوفا من منظر يديه، غير أنه تحدى الإعاقة، حيث صُنع له إطار دائري على مقاس يديه ليتمكن من الكتابة، فنافس بذلك المتفوق الأول في القسم.
يواصل محدثنا: ''أتذكر معاناتي في تلك الفترة من غيرة زميلي الذي أقدم على كسر تلك الآلة، غير أني أقسمت على التفوق وتمرنت على الكتابة بالمرفقين، إلى أن نجحت في اجتياز شهادة البكالوريا ثم تخرجت بشهادة ليسانس في الحقوق سنة .''2005
أما التحدي الحقيقي لسفيان فكان بعد تخرجه، حيث فتح محلا لبيع الهواتف النقالة، ثم في تجارة الأثاث المنزلي، وبعدها فتح مقهى أنترنت، قبل أن يقرر اجتياز امتحان القيادة، مواصلا: ''استغرب صاحب مدرسة السياقة لحالتي، لكنني أظهرت تفوقا كبيرا ونجحت بامتياز، وحصلت على الرخصة، وأنا أتنقل بسيارتي الخاصة بين المدن''.
سفيان الذي يحضر لزفافه بعد أشهر، يمارس أيضا السباحة ورياضة كمال الأجسام وحتى كرة القدم، لكنه لم ينس مأساته وهضم حقه دون تعويض ومازال ينتظر من مسؤولي سونلغاز التفاتة لتركيب يدين اصطناعيتين له خارج الوطن.
