السعودية تغير بداية السنة الهجرية وتعلن عاشوراء يوم الثلاثاء

فاجأت السلطات السعودية الأمة الإسلامية بإعلانها "المتأخر" عن تغييرها لبداية السنة الهجرية الجديدة، يوم الأحد الماضي الموافق لـ27 نوفمبر الماضي، نظرا لعدم ثبوت رؤية الهلال يوم الجمعة 25 نوفمبر، وأكدت المحكمة السعودية العليا أن يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 6 ديسمبر* ‬الحالي،* ‬هو* ‬اليوم* ‬العاشر* ‬من* ‬شهر* ‬محرم* ‬المعروف* ‬عند* ‬المسلمين* ‬بيوم* ‬عاشوراء*.‬


وقالت المحكمة في بيان لها نشر يوم السبت الماضي وتناولته أمس الصحف العربية "كان قد انقسم الناس إلى فريقين، فريق مؤيد لتقويم أم القرى الذي حدد يوم عاشوراء الاثنين المقبل، وفريق مؤيد لرؤية علماء الفلك الذين أكدوا أنه لم تثبت رؤية هلال شهر محرم ليلة الجمعة الموافق* ‬24* ‬نوفمبر*".‬
واعتبر بيان المشروع الإسلامي لرصد الأهلة إعلان المحكمة السعودية العليا "سابقة جيدة"، وإن كان من الأجدر إصداره مبكرا مساء يوم تحري الهلال وجاء فيه "لقد تميزت المحكمة العليا في السعودية بسرعة إعلان نتيجة تحري الهلال منذ توليها لهذه المسؤولية، وهو مما لاقى استحسنا* ‬من* ‬قبل* ‬عامة* ‬المسلمين* ‬والمهتمين*"‬*.‬
وللإشارة فإن "المشروع الإسلامي لرصد الأهلة" الذي يتخذ من العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي مقرا له، أصدر بيانا في وقت سابق يؤكد فيه عدم إمكانية رؤية هلال شهر محرم من المنطقة العربية يوم الجمعة، وأن بداية شهر محرم باعتماد رؤية الهلال يجب أن توافق يوم الأحد لمن يعتمد* ‬الرؤية* ‬أو* ‬يوم* ‬السبت* ‬لمن* ‬يعتمد* ‬الاقتران*.‬
من جهته، أكد وزير الأوقاف الفلسطيني بحكومة غزة صالح الرقب أن يوم الثلاثاء القادم هو يوم عاشوراء، ودعا الرقب في بيان له، المسلمين في الأراضي الفلسطينية للالتزام بالتعديل الجديد في صوم يوم عاشوراء.
اتصلت الشروق برئيس جمعية ابن الهيثم للعلوم والفلك وعضو المشروع الإسلامي لرصد الأهلة زين الدين زروال فأكد بدوره ما ذهبت إليه المحكمة العليا السعودية وتأسف لأن جهود الفلكيين لا يعتد بها إلا في الإعلان عن تاريخ وساعة ظاهرتي الكسوف والخسوف "للأسف وزارة الشؤون الدينية في الجزائر وفي أغلب الدول الإسلامية لا تعمل بالحساب الفلكي والدليل أنها نفت ما أكده الفلك في عيد الفطر، لأن الكسوف تزامن مع يوم رؤية الهلال، فكان الأمر واضحا بأن الرؤية مستحيلة. وفلكيا سيكون آخر خسوف لسنة 2011 يوم السبت القادم على الساعة الخامسة و10* ‬دقائق*.‬

فاستعمال التكنولوجيا المتطوة امكت من اسعمال اجهزة المايكروسكوب من اجل الاستعانة
بوظائفة لتحديد الاشهر الشمسية و القمرية خاصة عند غيات الامكانات اليدوية
كالرؤية بالعين المجردة في حالة كثرة الغيوم
فقد قام علماء الفلك بالتعاون مع العلماء المسلمين و وزارة الشؤون الدينية
بتصحيح المعلومة و اعادة تغيير يوم عاشوراء الى يوم الثلاثاء طبعا
بعد مشاورات مع العلماء المسلمين و اعتقد اه جائز لطالما لم يمنعه علمائنا المسلمين
