توظيف حراقة صينيين في الجزائر ومفتشية العمل تفتح تحقيقا

في تطور لافت لقضية فصل النقابيين الجزائريين المضربين بشركة "هوا وي" الصينية للاتصالات فرع الجزائر، أفادت مصادر حسنة الإطلاع بأن وزير البريد وتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، موسى بن حمادي، استدعى مدير الشركة الصينية راو نينغ"، وطلب منه إعادة إدماج النقابيين المفصولين* ‬من* ‬الشركة* ‬وضرورة* ‬خضوع* ‬الشركة* ‬الصينية* ‬للقانون* ‬الجزائري* ‬باعتبارها* ‬مؤسسة* ‬ذات* ‬مسؤولية* ‬محدودة*.‬

وأوضحت ذات المصادر لـ "الشروق"، بأنه ورغم استدعاء الوزير بن حمادي للمسؤول الأول للشركة الصينية، إلا أن المؤسسة أصدرت تعليمية عقب الاستدعاء مباشرة تحوز "الشروق" على نسخة منها، تقضي بمنع النقابيين المفصولين من المؤسسة منعا باتا من دخول مقر الشركة بحي صحراوي بالعاشور،* ‬وقامت* ‬بنشر* ‬أسماء* ‬النقابيين* ‬الممنوعين* ‬من* ‬دخول* ‬مقر* ‬الشركة،* ‬مشيرة* ‬الى* ‬أن* ‬تحرك* ‬الوزير* ‬بن* ‬حمادي* ‬كان* ‬بدعم* ‬من* ‬أطراف* ‬برلمانية* ‬ساندت* ‬العمال* ‬المضربين*.‬
كما أكد المدير الجهوي لمفتشية العمل لولاية الجزائر خلال لقائه مع النقابيين المضربين، بأن مفتشية العمل لولاية الجزائر، ستفتح تحقيقا عاجلا ومفصلا في قضية العمال الصينيين "الحراڤة" غير المصرح بهم، والذين يشتغلون لصالح المؤسسة، وهذا بعد أن اكتفى المكتب الإقليمي* ‬لمفتشية* ‬العمل* ‬بالعاشور* ‬بالتحقيق* ‬مع* ‬العمال* ‬الذين* ‬يملكون* ‬تصاريح* ‬قانونية* ‬للعمل* ‬في* ‬الجزائر* ‬والمقدر* ‬عددهم* ‬بـ27* ‬عاملا،* ‬دون* ‬التحقيق* ‬مع* ‬بقية* ‬العمال* ‬الصينيين* ‬المقدر* ‬عددهم* ‬بـ63* ‬عاملا*.‬
وفي محاولة لتدارك الموقف، أبرق مساء أول أمس، المكتب الإقليمي لمفتشية العمل بالعاشور إعذارا لشركة "هوا وي" للاتصالات تعتبر فيه عملية فصل النقابيين، من مناصب عملهم خرقا للقانون الجزائري، وتحذر فيه الشركة من مغبة عدم إعادة دمج النقابيين المفصولين وإنذار للمدير* ‬العام* ‬مع* ‬منح* ‬الشركة* ‬مهلة* ‬8* ‬أيام* ‬لإعادة* ‬إدماج* ‬النقابيين* ‬المطرودين* ‬من* ‬الشركة* ‬بسبب* ‬دخولهم* ‬في* ‬إضراب*.‬
