نشيد وطني عراقي جديد

البرلمان العراقي سيقوم باختيار نص شعري ليكون نشيدا وطنيا


بعد التعديلات التي أدخلت على علم العراق جاء الدور هذه المرة على النشيد الوطني، فقد أعلنت لجنة الثقافة والإعلام بالبرلمان ترشيح ثلاثة نصوص شعرية للشعراء بدر شاكر السياب ومحمد مهدي الجواهري ومحمد مهدي البصير، لاختيار أحدها نشيداً وطنياً بعد تصويت البرلمان عليه.
وقالت عضو لجنة الثقافة والإعلام بالبرلمان بتول فاروق إن اللجنة استعانت بمجموعة من الخبراء اللغويين والنقاد والأدباء لاختيار عدد من النصوص الشعرية لكبار الشعراء العراقيين، وتمت تصفيتها تدريجياً حتى وقع الاختيار على ثلاثة نصوص للشعراء السياب والجواهري والبصير.
وأضافت أنه ستتم قراءة النصوص في البرلمان قريباً لاختيار أحدها، ومن ثم سيتم إجراء مسابقة لاختيار أفضل لحن.

ويقول رئيس لجنة الثقافة والإعلام بالبرلمان علي الشلاه "شكلنا لجنة لاختيار نص للنشيد الوطني، ورفعنا تقريرا لمجلس النواب للتصويت على ما تم اختياره من نصوص شعرية".
ووقع الاختيار على قصيدة المقصورة للجواهري (سلام على هضبات العراق، على شطيه والجرف والمنحنى، على النَّخْلِ ذي السَّعَفاتِ الطوالِ، على سيّدِ الشَّجَرِ المُقتنى، على الرُّطَبِ الغَضِّ إذ يُجتلَى).
أما النص الثاني فهو لشاعر ثورة العشرين محمد مهدي البصير (إن ضاقَ يا وطني عليّ فضاکا.. فَلْتَتّسِعْ بي للأمامِ خُطاکا، بك هِمتُ أو بالموتِ دونك في الوَغی.. روحي فداك متی أکونُ فداکا).
في حين كانت القصيدة الثالثة للشاعر بدر شاكر السياب (الشمس أجمل في بلادي من سواها والظلام.. والظلام، حتى الظلام هناك أجمل).
وأشار الشلاه إلى أن الشعراء الذين تم اختيارهم يمثلون رموزاً شعرية وثقافية كبيرة بالعراق تضفي احتراما على النشيد مبدئيا من خلال الاحترام الذي يمتلكه الشاعر الذي كتب النص.

وعن أسباب اختيار نشيد وطني جديد، يقول إبراهيم الخياط نائب رئيس اتحاد الكتاب والأدباء العراقيين : نحن من المحرضين على اختيار نشيد وطني جديد يتناسب مع التغير الذي يحدث الآن في العراق وأن يكون هناك نشيد جديد ليس له علاقة بالماضي.
ويؤكد الخياط أنه لا يجوز أخذ نصوص من شعراء غير عراقيين، ويقول: نحن أهل الحضارة والثقافة والحرف، والعراق يمتلك شعراء كبارا أمثال الجواهري وبدر شاكر السياب وغيرهما.
في حين يرى الشاعر وعضو اتحاد الكتاب والأدباء العراقيين محمد علي الخفاجي أن شعر الجواهري لا يصلح لأن يكون نشيداً وطنيا.

الخفاجي

وقال : ليس كل شعر يمكن أن يكون نشيدا، فمثلا شعر الجواهري لا أرى أنه يصلح بأن يتحول إلى نشيد رغم عظمته لأن شعر النشيد بحاجة لأن يكون ذا غنائية على الأقل.
ويؤيد رأي الخفاجي الشاعر جبار سهم السوداني، حيث اعتبرأن الشعراء الأحياء ربما بإمكانهم تقديم أشعار أجمل وتصلح لأن تكون نشيدا وطنيا أكثر من الشعراء القدماء.
وكان آخر نشيد وطني قبل الغزو الأميركي للعراق عام 2003 هو (أرض الفراتين) للشاعر الراحل شفيق الكمالي، ثم جرى بعد ذلك العام اعتماد نشيد موطني للشاعر الفلسطيني إبراهيم طوقان.
