نتنياهو يزور جنوب السودان قريبا

قالت الإذاعة الإسرائيلية أمس الثلاثاء إن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ينوي قريباً القيام بجولة أفريقية، تشمل دولة جنوب السودان لتعزيز العلاقات بين الجانبين في عدة مجالات.

ونقلت الإذاعة الإسرائيلية عن مصادر في ديوان رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي أنه ينوي أن يقوم قريبا بجولة أفريقية تشمل دولة جنوب السودان بالإضافة إلى كينيا وأوغندا وإثيوبيا.

وأشارت إلى أن الهدف من هذه الجولة هو تعزيز العلاقات بين إسرائيل وهذه الدول في عدة مجالات.

وقد سبق أن ذكرت صحيفة (معاريف) في نهاية الشهر الماضي أن نتنياهو يسعى إلى إقامة حلف بين إسرائيل ودول مسيحية في أفريقيا لتشكيل حزام ضد دول عربية في أفريقيا، تحسباً لصعود حركات إسلامية إلى الحكم فيها، ومن أجل تنفيذ ذلك يعتزم زيارة عدة دول بينها جنوب السودان.

وكانت حكومة جمهورية جنوب السودان قررت إقامة علاقات دبلوماسية مع إسرائيل، وذلك خلال أول زيارة رسمية معلنة قام بها يوم 28 أوت الماضي وفد إسرائيلي برئاسة داني دانون نائب رئيس الكنيست إلى جوبا عاصمة جنوب السودان.

وقال دانون آنذاك إن إسرائيل ستساعد جمهورية جنوب السودان لتتمكن من بناء اقتصادها و"لتكون صديقا حقيقيا لها في بناء الديمقراطية في أفريقيا"، معربا عن سعادته بزيارة جنوب السودان.

وقال وزير شؤون رئاسة جنوب السودان ووزير الخارجية المكلف دينق ألور إن مجالات التعاون بين الطرفين ستشمل المجال الزراعي والنفط والتعدين والطرق والجسور، موضحا أن العلاقات مع إسرائيل ستشمل الجوانب الدبلوماسية والاقتصادية.

وقال دانون -في تصريحات صحفية بالقصر الرئاسي الجنوبي عقب اجتماعه مع رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان سلفاكير ميارديت- إن إسرائيل ستتعاون مع جنوب السودان في مجالات الزراعة والعلوم والتكنولوجيا.

وأعلن أن إسرائيل وجهت دعوة رسمية لرئيس جنوب السودان لزيارة تل أبيب، "ولشعب جنوب السودان لزيارة الأراضي المقدسة في أورشليم"، حسب تعبيره.

وكانت إسرائيل قد أعلنت اعترافها بجمهورية جنوب السودان بعد أيام من إعلان الأخيرة انفصالها عن السودان، إثر استفتاء شعبي على حق تقرير المصير جرى مطلع هذا العام.

واتفق خبراء ومراقبون على أن إسراع إسرائيل بالاعتراف بدولة جنوب السودان واستعدادها لإيفاد سفير لها إلى جوبا يأتي خدمة لمصالح سياسية واستخبارية.

وقال المدير العام لوزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية السابق ألون ليئيل إن إسرائيل تبحث عن أهداف سياسية ومعنوية واستخبارية بقرارها السريع بالاعتراف بجنوب السودان، لافتا إلى أنها تهتم بكل دولة جديدة تقيم معها علاقات دبلوماسية حتى ولو كانت صغيرة وفقيرة.

وأوضح ليئيل أن إسرائيل تبذل جهودا كبيرة اليوم لضمان معارضة من 30 إلى 40 دولة لإعلان الدولة الفلسطينية في الأمم المتحدة، وتابع "في حال صوتت جنوب السودان ضد الدولة الفلسطينية سيرقص إسرائيليون هنا في الشوارع".

وأكد عضو الكنيست عن القائمة العربية الموحدة إبراهيم صرصور أن إسرائيل تبحث عن موطئ قدم لها في جنوب السودان -إضافة لمواطئ أخرى في القرن الأفريقي كإريتريا- يمنحها فرصة لممارسة نفوذها في منطقة تعد إستراتيجية لمصر والسودان والأمن القومي العربي.
