السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

حديثاً و مع تطور التكنولوجيا ووسائل الكهرومنزلية تذهب الكثيــر من النساء لإقتناء آلة العجين (le pétrin) ظنا منهن ان الآلة تقتصــد في الوقت و تساعدهن في توفيــر الجهــد المنزلي ...

و لكن ألا تتسلل إلى أذهاننا فكرة أن عملية العجن( صنع العجين) تعد رياضة نسائية في حد ذاتها؟؟
تنسى الكثير من النساء عن قيمة عملية العجن و التي يمكن اعتبارها رياضة هامة فهي تقوي عضلات الجســم خاصة اليدان و تساهم في تفعيل نشاط الأصابع و لياقتهما كما أنها تنشط الخلايا الدموية و تجعلها في نشاط مستمر كما تعود على السرعة في إستخدام اليديـــن.

و من الملاحظ ان هناك صعوبة في استعمال كلتا اليديـــن في العجــن في الوقت ذاته لذلك من الأفضل إستعمالهما بالتناوب حتى لا تتعب اليد الواحدة.

أليــس جميل ان نتذوق نتاج طبخنا و جهدنا افضل من التردد كثيراً على المخابــز و صانعي الحلويات
من الأفضل ان نقوم بعجن الخبز و لو مرة او مرتين في الأسبوع فهي رياضة مفيدة و في غاية الأهمية لكل النساء( بإستثناء العجين السائل الذي يحتاج لخلاط كهربائـــي)
