Mémorial des défunts arbitres de Mostaganem


Les anciens arbitres de Mostaganem n’ont pas oublié ceux qui étaient leurs collègues, leurs amis et la fois leurs responsables. http://www.vitaminedz.com/articles/345/345818.jpg
C’est pourquoi ils ont décidé d’organiser un mémorial de tous les arbitres de MOSTA qui ont quitté ce monde


C’est dans cet optique qu’une réunion de travail a été a eu lieu au siége du bureau des services de MOSTA en présence des anciens arbitres de la wilaya pour choisir le président de ce mémorial .


C’est M BOUCHAMA HARRAT (ex arbitre fédéral) qui a été choisi a l’unanimité.Une minutes de silence a été observée a la mémoire des défunts arbitres de la wilaya.


M BOUCHAMA a lu l’ordre du jour de la séance

3_Détermination des taches des membres du comité

1-Election du comitté du bureau : M BOUCHAMA ainsi que tous les membres du bureau du comité ont été choisi a l’unanimité par les présents après un débat très fructueux. Vous trouverez ci-joint en annexe la liste nominative de chacun de ses membres.

2- Organisation du mémorial :
Le but de L’organisation de ce mémorial des défunts arbitres de la wilaya MOSTA est d’honorer la mémoire de ces animateurs très dévoués, de ces chevaliers du sifflet et par la suite étaient devenus des dignes responsables de la ligue de foot ball de Mosta .



qui par leur sens du devoir inculqué la bonne maniére de se comporter, d’apprendre , de se tenir , avec ténacité et persévérance dans le respect de l’autre et de l’amour du sacrifice a leurs successeurs pour devenir des magistrats sportifs respectés et considérés.



Honorer ceux qui ont appris a la nouvelle vague d’arbitres a bien interpréter les 17 lois du jeu et qui sont oubliés de tous malgré qu’ils ont porté tres haut l’etendard de l’homme en noir et qui a flotter très haut en niveau national et international .


Ce mémorial est un signe de reconnaissance envers ces monuments de l’arbitrages.

Tournoi : Deux équipes de l’élite seront invitées pour confronter les deux équipes locales l’ESM et le WAM. La date du tournoi sera fixée ultérieurement en fonction du calendrier des rencontres nationales et intternationales.

Listes des defunts Arbitres : Une liste nominative des défunts arbitres été établie par le secretariat du comité ainsi qua la collecte de leurs photos.

Avant de terminer la séance , le comité de l’organisation de ce mémorial a tenu a remercier vivement M Mortet Bendehiba déléguè chargé des sports de L’APC de son précieux aide et soutien qu’il a apporté pour la bonne réussite de ce mémorial
