أول سفارة إسرائيلية في ليبيا بالتعاون مع قطر .. والسفير يزور طرابلس قريباً

كشفت صحيفة هآرتس الإسرائيلية عن وجود اتصالات بين "إسرائيل" والمجلس الإنتقالي الليبي لفتح سفارة إسرائيلية في طرابلس، مشيرة إلى أن الدبلوماسي الإسرائيلي المرشح لشغل منصب السفير سيزور ليبيا قريباً.
وأكدت مصادر بريطانية عن وجود اجتماعات لعدد من أبناء الجالية اليهودية الليبية في بريطانيا برئاسة رفال لوزان مع بعض مسؤولي الحكومة البريطانية ومسؤولين بالمجلس الإنتقالي الليبي من أجل العودة إلى ليبيا.
وعلم "صدى البلد" أن يهودا، يحملون الجنسية البريطانية، ويطلقون علي أنفسهم الجالية اليهودية الليبية في بريطانيا، طالبوا الحكومة البريطانية وعددا من قيادات المجلس الإنتقالي الليبي بضرورة العمل على عودتهم ومنحهم جواز سفر ليبياً، واستعادة ممتلكاتهم في طرابلس وبني غازي.
وأشارت المصادر البريطانية أن لجنة من الجالية اليهودية الليبية ستزور ليبيا قريباً لافتتاح مكتب لهم هناك، بعد توجيه الدعوة إلى رفال لوزان، رئيس الجالية اليهودية الليبية في بريطانيا، وابن أحد أكبر تجار ليبيا، الذي طرد منها عام 1967, لزيارة ليبيا وافتتاح مكتب هناك، طبقاً لصحيفة هآرتس الإسرائيلية.
وأكد أحمد شعباني، المتحدث باسم المجلس الانتقالى الليبي، على ضرورة إقامة علاقات مع "إسرائيل".
وتأتى تصريحات الشعباني للصحيفة الإسرائيلية كخطوة مدروسة لقياس الرأي العام العربي تجاه هذه القضية.
ومن جانبها كشفت الصحيفة عن اسم الدبلوماسى الإسرائيلي المرشح لتولي منصب أول سفير إسرائيلي في ليبيا، وهو من أصول عربية، ويدعى رسلان أبو راكون ، ويتولى حالياً منصب نائب قنصل "إسرائيل" العام في ولاية أطلانطا الأمريكية.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن راكون سيزور ليبيا خلال الفترة القادمة علي رأس بعثة خاصة لتقييم الوضع هناك، بمصاحبة عدد من الأطباء الإسرائيليين العرب كبادرة طيبة تجاه الشعب الليبي.
وكشفت الصحيفة في تقريرها أن فتح سفارة إسرائيلية في ليبيا سيكون بالتعاون مع قطر، التي تعتقد الحكومة الإسرائيلية أنها ذراع تل أبيب القوي في المنطقة العربية، والتي ستساعد كثيرا في فتح سفارات لتل أبيب في عدد من الدول العربية مقابل مساعدتها على مزيداً من التواجد علي الصعيد الدبلوماسي العالمي، بعد الدور الكبير الذي لعبته قناة الجزيرة في الثورات العربية وهو ما يعد تطوراً كبيراً في العلاقات الليبية الإسرائيلية بعد أيام فقط من مقتل القذافي.
