يقولون ارزاق ياجماعة هذا فساد وليس ارزاق



يا عزيزي : هل أنت فاسد ؟!!



‏في المجتمع الفاسد ، انت واحد من ثلاثة :
- اما ان تكون فاسدا وركنا من اركانه .
- او جزءاً من منظومة فاسدة - دخلتها رغم انفك - و تمارس دورك الفاسد دون ان تشعر بذلك احياناً .
- او محارباً للفساد .
حتى الذين ينتمون للمجموعة الأولى لا يعتبرون أنفسهم فاسدين ، او هم يقنعون أنفسهم أن الفساد الذي يرتكبونه هو جزء من نظام و» اخلاق « المجتمع ! .. والثقافة الشعبية تقول له ( خلك ذيب ) كن ذئباً ولا يفوتك نصيبك من الفريسة / المال العام / مناقصة / مشروع ينجز بطريقة سيئة لكي ترتفع الفائدة / واسطة للحصول على وظيفة أو أرض .. وهكذا ، ولا تكن « رخمة « !
كما ان الثقافة الشعبية توصيه بـ ( إذا سرقت .. اسرق جمل ) ولم تقل له : لا تسرق !
أغلب اللصوص في العالم يستطيعون ابتكار ألف عذر وعذر لأنفسهم ، ويجيدون عملية إخماد نيران الضمير وتأنيبه المزعج .. بل يستطيعون تلوين الشر ليصبح أجمل من الخير وأكثر جاذبية !
في المجتمع الفاسد .. يتحول الفساد إلى « ثقافة « ويبتكر لنفسه آليات .. يصبح هو الأصل في طرق التعامل وهو المفتاح لكل الأبواب وهو الحل الوحيد لإنجاز كافة المعاملات !
بعد فترة سيقوم ذلك المجتمع ، بتلطيف كلمة « الفساد « واستبدالها بكلمات اجمل .. ومن المحتمل أن يقوموا بتدليعه باسم محبب للجميع !
في الغالب ، أنت لست من المجموعة الأولى (لعل الظروف لم تساعدك ! ) لأنه في المجتمع الفاسد إذا سنحت لك الظروف لتشارك الجمع غنائمهم ستفعل .. أو ستُطرد وتعاقب لشذوذك عن السائد ! ..

أنت لست من هذه الفئة الخاصة ( الفاسدة بوضوح ) والتي تلتهم الملايين بسهولة .. وكذلك ، احتمال كبير ، انك لست من الفئة الثالثة التي تحارب الفساد .. وحتى لو فكرت بالانضمام إلى هذه الفئة ما القوة التي تمتلكها لفعل هذا ، وما هي الآليات المتاحة ، وهل هنالك مؤسسات تستطيع العمل معها ؟ .. إذن انت مثل الغالبية العظمى تنتمي للفئة الثانية .. تلك التي ترتكب الفساد دون أن تشعر ، وتمارسه كعادة يومية ، وتشكل الغالبية العظمى التي تجعل المجتمع فاسداً :
ترشي .. وتجعل الذنب على « المرتشي» الذي : اجبرك على إنجاز أعمالك بهذه الطريقة !
تتجاوز الطابور .. وتسخر من ثقافة « النظام « .. وتتحايل لابتكار أي طريقة توصلك لما تريد الوصول إليه .
تبحث عن احد اقاربك أومعارفك لإنجاز أتفه معاملة يمكنك إنجازها خلال دقائق .. ودون الحاجة إليه .
ترى الفساد أمامك / وراءك / يمينك / شمالك .. وتهز كتفيك بلا مبالاة ، وتردد : « وأنا وش دخلني « ؟!
لو أعلن عن « حافز « للخريجات .. سابقت أولياء أمورهن لتسجيل بناتك معهم وهن لم ينهين المتوسطة !
تقبل أن تعمل بوظيفتين وثلاث وتتحدث آخر الاسبوع أمام الملأ عن الأمانة والنزاهة دون أن يهتز لك طرف !
تنحاز لابن قبيلتك / منطقتك / طائفتك .. وتنزع حقوق الآخرين لتمنحها له ، وترى انك تقوم بعمل نبيل ، ويرى مجتمعك الصغير فيك مروءة وشهامة و» فزعة « وانت لست سوى فاسد تحت التمرين !
إن سنحت لك الفرصة لأخذ اكثر من حقك لن تتردد بأخذه .. وتردد « رزق من الله .. اقول لا يعني « ؟!
تعرف كل الفاسدين في مدينتك وتصافحهم بحرارة عند كل محفل .. والابتسامة من الأذن للأذن !
تنظر لأي شيء يأتي من الدولة على أنه « غنيمة « إن لم تأخذها أنت سيأخذها غيرك .. وتسابقهم لانتزاعها .
ان كنت إعلاميا : تكتب ضد الجهة الفاسدة ( لزوم الجماهيرية ) وفي اليوم التالي تلبي الدعوة لحضور حفلهم الكبير ، وتقبل هداياهم !
قل لي : متى حاربت أي شكل من أشكال الفساد التي - تراها كل يوم - بشكل حقيقي؟.. ورفعت صوتك لرفضه .
أو على الأقل : متى رفضت أن تكون جزءا - ولو صغيراً - من عمل فاسد ؟
سترفض مثل هذه الأسئلة ، ستحاول أن تبتكر تبريراً يضع اللوم على غيرك ، ستبحث عن عبارة موروثة تضع اللوم عليهم ، وتنسى العبارة الأخرى التي تضع اللوم عليك ..
في المجتمع الفاسد .. انت امام احتمالين :
اما ان تحارب الفساد بما تستطيعه ، او ان تكون جزءاً منه .. حتى بصمتك عليه !
ولا حل للفساد إلا قانون يطبق على الجميع .. يضرب الفاسد الكبير علانية ليدب الرعب في قلب الفاسد الصغير .. وتتحول « النزاهة « الى ثقافة شعبية وحكاية يدرسها الأولاد في المدارس ، بدلاً من ثقافة « لك ولاّ للذيب

محاربة الفساد تبدأ من تخلي كل واحد منا عن ممارسات لا يحب رؤيتها.
كنت مرة في طابور فتجاوزه شخص و نادى الموظف ليقضي مصلحته.
بدأ شخص بقربي ينتقد و يتكلم الكلام الذي نسمعه في مثل هذا الموقف.
فسألته سؤال بسيط:ماذا لو كان لك معارف هنا هل كنت ستقف كما تفعل الآن؟و ماذا عن الإدارات التي لك فيها معارف؟
أجابني بصوت منخفض :أكيد لن أقف.
فقلت له :لماذا تنتقد الوضع إذا؟
فسكت و لم يجب.
الفساد مجزأ في كل شخص منا و محاربته تكون بإصلاح الذات.رغم صعوبة الوضع علينا فمازلنا غير قادرين على ذلك.
