هل قتل زوجتي هو الحل

أصبحت مؤخرا كلما تفحصت جريدة من الجرائد الا ووجدت بها قصص عن رجال ذبحوا أو أحرقوا أو قتلوا زوجاتهم وحتى ولو اختلفت الطريقة فالهدف واحد والغاية واحدة وهي التخلص من شريكة الحياة الى الأبد ومعظم الاسباب والحجج التي تقدم من طرف هؤلاء القتلة هي أن زوجته قد خانته أو أنه يشك في خيانتها له أو ربما سمع كلاما من عند الناس يطعن في شرف زوجته واخلاصها له..وبقيت اتسائل هل هذا هو الحل للتخلص من العار و هل هذا هو الحل لمعاقبة الزوجة الخائنة وهل هذا هو الحل الوحيد الذي يريح كل من كان ضحية خيانة زوجته له...ألسنا نعيش في بلد مسلم و وله قانون يحكمه أم أن الانسان لما يطعن في كرامته فانه يطبق قانون الغاب لانه هو الوحيد الذي يشفي غليله ام أن النفوس البشرية مطبوعة على الشر وعلى القتل فهي تنتظر فقط الفرصة السانحة لتقوم بسفك الدماء ولو فرضنا العكس اي أن النساء هن من يقمن بقتل أزواجهن الخائنين ألا ترون أنه في هذه الحالة سيموت نصف الرجال تقريبا أم أن البقاء للأقوى ...لماذا لا يسأل هؤلاء الرجال لماذا تخونهم زوجاتهم اوليس لأنه هو من بادر بالخيانة أوليس طريقة معاملته لزوجته واذلاله لها واهانتها هي السبب في انتقام زوجته منه...المهم هذه الظاهرة أخذت في الانتشار بكترة في بلادنا وأرجوا من أهل الاختصاص دراستها ومعالجتها ...ولاحول ولا قوة الا بالله.

ظاهرة خطيرة انتشرت مؤخرا فعلا معك حق لقد سلطت الضوء على نقطة مهمة من مشاكل المجتمع والأسرة ...وفي عدد سابق لجريدة الشروق أنتحر رجل وجد زوحته بين احضان رجل آخر ...لاحول ولا قوة إلا بالله ...

صحيح هذه الظاهرة في انتشار بشكل مخيف فلقد كنت اقرا في شهر رمضان كل يوم ان هناك طعن وقتل ...تلك تقتل والدها واخرى تطعن زوجها او العكس برغم من انه كان شهر الصيام والعبادة وليومنا هذا تقريبا كل يوم هناك جريمة من هذا النوع للاسف ....فيجب التدخل السريع من كل الجهات المختصة فهي ظاهرة اجتماعية في تزايد وان لم نعالجها سيزيد العنف داخل الاسرة ....

لم نكن نسمع من قبل بهذه الظاهرة وحتى وان وقعت فربما كانت تقع مرة في الخمس سنوات ...ولكن حسب رأيي الشخصي حتى ولو كانت الظروف الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وظروف أخرى قد ساهمت بشكل كبير في انتشار هذه الظاهرة الرهيبة الا انني أرى أن الفقر كان في السابق أكثر منه الآن ورغم ذلك لم تكن الخيانة الزوجية منتشرة ولا حتى ظاهرة قتل الازواج لبعضهم البعض.. لذلك أرى ان وسائل الاعلام قد ساهمت في انتشار هذه الظاهرة حتى أصبح الفرد منا يرى أنه من العادي أن يكون له علاقة بشخص ثالت غير الزوج أو الزوجة حتى أنني أصبحت أٍرى بأم عيني أطفال وبنات يدرسون في الابتدائي أو المتوسط وهم يجوبون الشوارع مع بعضهم البعض دون حياء ...صدقوني أرى أن المجتمع في خطر وقد تخلى عن دينه وحشمته وان لم نغير هذا الحال فلسوف نجني كل شر فكلنا راع وكلنا مسؤول عن رعيته...ولاحول ولاقوة الا بالله.

الحُكم الإلهي واضح: أربعة شهود وإلا يكون الإتهام بالخيانة قذفا ولو جاء من الزوج...والجريمة تبقى جريمة مهما كانت دوافعها...ولا أدري لما يقولون جرائم شرف على الرغم من أن الجرائم لا تلتقي بالشرف في شيئ...

لقد وقعت في مدينتي جريمة قتل بشعة
راحت ضحيتها ام لطفل ذبحها زوجها
لمجرد انها رفضت العيش معه
و الله يعلم السبب
الضاهرة خطيييييييييييييرة
و يجب دراستها قبل ان تتفشى
اتمنى من اهل الاختصاص ان يتدخلوا

أصبح القتل في بلادي هين ولأتفه الأسباب ..نسأل الله العافية وحتى الجهات الوصية التزمت الصمت وكأن الامر لايعنيها وكأن دم المسلم أصبح شيئا تافها في نظرهم ونسوا وربما تناسوا أن دم المسلم حرمته عند الله أكبرمن حرمة الكعبة نفسها...ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله.
