عاد المعارض الليبي السابق والموالي لنظام القذافي، يوسف شاكير للظهور مجددا، وهذه المرة عبر شاشة قناة الدنيا السورية، التي قدمته لمشاهديها بصفته خبيرا استراتيجيا، ليتحدث عن المخاطر المحدقة بسوريا ونظام بشار الأسد، وما قال إنه ربيع عربي أسود هدفه تخريب الأمة الإسلامية*.‬


شاكير حذر بأن الدور المقبل لمخطط من وصفهم بالعملاء سيكون في الجزائر والسعودية، دون أن يقدّم دليلا ملموسا على حديثه مكتفيا بتقديم جملة من المعلومات المدعمة بالتهم الصريحة، ضد قطر وتركيا تحديدا، حيث قال: "القذافي مات شهيدا وبطلا، وهو لم يكن ليسقط لولا خيانة الدائرة المقربة منه، ولرفضه استعمال الأسلحة الثقيلة لقتل شعبه". شاكير الذي يعدّ ظهوره على شاشة الدنيا، الثاني بعد مروره في قناة الرأي الموقوفة، واصل دفاعه عن القذافي بالقول: "لقد قدّمت 180 حلقة من برنامج عشم الوطن من أجل نقد الممارسات الفردية، لبعض المقربين من القذافي، لكنني كشفت فيه أيضا بالصورة والصوت من هم هؤلاء العملاء الجدد، كما أنني حذرت الجهات الأمنية من خطر الاختراق، وتزايد أعداد الجواسيس في الأيام الأخيرة قبل سقوط طرابلس، وتحديدا من أولئك الذين يقدمون أنفسهم كصحفيين لكنهم يبعثون بتقاريرهم نحو المخابرات* ‬وليس* ‬قاعات* ‬التحرير*"‬*.‬
وعاد شاكير لبرنامجه الذي أثار جدلا كبيرا لدى عرضه خلال 8 أشهر كاملة من الحرب في ليبيا قائلا: "لم أكن أقدّم برنامجي من تحت الأرض مثلما يزعم البعض، كما لم تهمني أيضا تلك الأوصاف التي يطلقها خصومي عني بالقول إنني شيطان أو مشعوذ، فقد عارضت القذافي طيلة 14 عاما،* ‬وعندما* ‬وجدت* ‬أن* ‬من* ‬يطالبون* ‬بإسقاطه* ‬أخطر* ‬منه،* ‬انضممت* ‬إلى* ‬تيار* ‬المحافظين* ‬على* ‬الوطن*"‬*.‬
شاكير اتهم لجان الرقابة العربية والتي من المقرر أن تزور سوريا لو وافق الأسد، بأن 90 بالمائة منها مكونة من رموز المجتمع المدني الذين يتلقون رواتبهم من معاهد الديمقراطية الأمريكية، معرجا على بعض التفاصيل الغامضة أو الأسرار المحيطة بالحالة الليبية المعقدة، حيث قال بشأن مقتل الجنرال عبد الفتاح يونس أنه تم تنفيذه من طرف رجل أمريكا في ليبيا حاليا خليفة عفتر، وقد سلمه هذا الأخير لبعض المتطرفين من تنظيم القاعدة من أجل تعذيبه ثم قتله، حيث فقأوا عينيه ثم أحرقوا جسده، أما بخصوص السر الكبير عن اختفاء الرمز الشيعي موسى الصدر،* ‬فقال* ‬شاكير* ‬إن* ‬الوحيدين* ‬اللذين* ‬يملكان* ‬معلومات* ‬عن* ‬هذه* ‬القضية* ‬ومازالا* ‬على* ‬قيد* ‬الحياة* ‬هما* ‬نائب* ‬القذافي* ‬سابقا* ‬عبد* ‬السلام* ‬جلود* ‬ومدير* ‬مخابراته* ‬ثم* ‬وزيره* ‬للخارجية* ‬قبل* ‬انشقاقه* ‬موسى* ‬كوسا*.‬
