ترحيل عائشة القذافي إلى جنوب إفريقيا الشهر المقبل

ذكرت صحيفة "الجزائر نيوز" ان عائشة القذافي، ابنة العقيد الليبي الراحل، سيتم ترحيلها الى جنوب افريقيا الشهر المقبل،. وقالت ان الحكومة الجزائرية قررت انهاء لجوء عائشة الا ان كل الدول المحتمل إرسالها اليها رفضت استقبالها بما فيها فنزويلا والمكسيك، وذكرت ان السلطات الجزائرية قررت ترحيل ابنة القذافي بسبب عدم احترامها قواعد اللجوء وإطلاقها دعوات ضد الثورة الليبية.

وكانت وزارة الخارجية الجزائرية قد وصفت - ظهور عائشة القذافي الثاني في تصريح هاتفي لقناة الرأي- بالتصريح غير المسؤول وأكدت في أعقابه أن إقامة عائشة على الأراضي الجزائرية إقامة مؤقتة.

كما أن عدم التزام عائشة بالتعليمات التي أصدرتها السلطات الجزائرية فيما يخص إجبارها على التزام الصمت وضع الجزائر في حرج بعد أن تحولت عائشة القذافي إلى ما يشبه قائدة حرب روحية انطلاقا من الجزائر بحسب الصحيفة.

وذكرت الصحيفة أن عائشة القذافي رفقة أفراد عائلتها المقيمين بإحدى المناطق الساحلية بالجزائر، منذ نهاية أوت الماضي، إثر لجوئهم إليها هربا من انتقام المعارضة المسلحة في ليبيا ضدهم، سيتم ترحيلهم للإقامة بجنوب إفريقيا إحدى الدول المعارضة للتدخل العسكري في ليبيا والتي قدمت ورقة طريق رفقة دول الاتحاد الإفريقي للخروج من الأزمة في ليبيا، عقب انفجار الأحداث فيها.

وأفادت الصحيفة ايضا أن السلطات الجزائرية توصلت إلى مفاوضات متقدمة مع جنوب إفريقيا وهي المفاوضات التي وافقت عليها دول عظمى، وتأتي أياما فقط قبل قيام رئيس المجلس الوطني المؤقت بليبيا مصطفى عبد الجليل بزيارة إلى الجزائر، حيث سيتطرق إلى هذه النقطة، خاصة ما تعلق بقرار العفو الذي تنوي السلطات الليبية إطلاقه، بسبب تردي الأوضاع الأمنية فيها، تجنبا لكوارث أخرى تضاف إلى الصراعات المسلحة بين القبائل وكذا انتشار الأسلحة.

وكانت المفاوضات والمساعي التي قادتها الجزائر لضمان إقامة أخرى لأفراد عائلة القذافي اللاجئين بالجزائر بدول أخرى لم تقد إلى إقناع العراق بنقلهم إليها، وبالضبط إلى كردستان، في وقت لم تبد أية دولة خليجية أخرى رغبة في استقبال أفراد عائلة القذافي ولا دول أمريكا اللاتينية المعروفة بالتوجهات السياسية البوليفارية.

ففنزويلا لا تريد أن تستقبل أفراد عائلة القذافي بسبب تواجد جالية لبنانية معتبرة على أراضيها أغلبهم ينتمون إلى طائفة الشيعة، وهؤلاء يتهمون نظام الراحل معمر القذافي باغتيال موسى الصدر، أما المكسيك فترفض بدورها أي استقبال لأفراد العائلة، وسبق أن كشفت مصالح أمنها عن مخطط لنقل الساعدي القذافي المقيم بالنيجر للإقامة بها بوثائق مزورة، بمساعدة من بارونات تهريب البشر.

وقد جرى الاتفاق على نقل عائشة وإخوانها ووالدتها في شهرجانفي المقبل كأقصى تقدير إلى جنوب إفريقيا للاستقرار بها، إذ لا تريد الجزائر أن تقع في حرج تسليمهم جميعا بعد إصدار مذكرات قضائية ليبية تقضي بتوقيفهم وتسليمهم إلى ليبيا.
