الماستر إلى أين ؟

هل تعتبر مسابقة الماستر شكلية و قوانينها حبر على ورق ؟
أم أن الإحتجاج على الماستر صبح يشبه الإحتجاج على البيوت القصديرية ؟
من المسؤول عن إتخاذ قرارات لا أساس لها من الواقع ؟
هل أصبحت شهادة الماستر مطلب إجتماعي ؟ ما الذي يحدث أو ما هي خبايا تنظيم هذه المسابقة ؟

تفاجأ العديد من طلبة ل.م.د الناجحين في مسابقة الماستر التي نظمتها كلية الحقوق جامعة الجزائر بالقرار الذي إتخذته إدارة الجامعة بدخول جميع طلبة ل.م.د الماستر بدون أي شروط تذكر بينما ضربت قوانين النجاح في المسابقة عرض الحائط وحطمت أحلام العديد من المجتهدين الذين علقت أسمائهم بحر الأسبوع الفارط ، بحيث تحدث الكثير ممن نجحوا في المسابقة أن النتائج التي علقت كانت نتائج متوقعة بحيث أن أغلب الناجحين التي علقت أسماءهم في القائمة الأولى ذوي معدلات مشرفة حيث أنه لدى تنظيم المسابقة كانت الأولوية لطلبة ل.م.د بــ نسبة 70بالمئة و 20بالمئة لطلبة ل.م.د خارجي و 10بالمئة للنظام الكلاسيكي أي ما يعادل 21 منصب للنظام ل.م.د و 5 مناصب للطلبة ل.م.د خارجي و 3 مناصب للنظام الكلاسيكي ...و لكن بعد تعليق نتائج المسابقة حصلت بلبلة وسط بعض الطلبة الذين لم ينجحوا بإعتبار معدلاتهم خلال 3 سنوات الفارطة دون المستوى.
لا ننكر أن البعض يستحق النجاح و تعليق اسمائهم على القائمة بعدما ظلموا في الوهلة الأولى لكن... فيما بعد إتخذ قرار غريب جدا من قبل إدارة الجامعة بإدخال الجميع طلبة ل.م.د الماستر دون أي إحترام للقوانين او أي شيئ أخر ، هذا ما أدى بتذمر العديد ممن علقت أسمائهم الأسبوع الفارط و إعتبروه إجحاف في حق طلبة الحقوق و غير عدل تماما بحيث أن الماستر لم تصبح لديه أي هيبة ما دام الجميع ينجح في المسابقة و دون و أصبح الإحتجاج على هذه مسابقة مثله مثل الإحتجاج على البيوت القصديرية فائدة تنظيم المسابقة و تعذيب قلوب الكثرين ما دام في الأخير ينجح الكل بالمجتهد و ذوي الناجحين بالإنقاذ طيلة سنوات الدراسة أو هل يستوي الذين يعلمون و الذين لا يعلمون أم أن شهادة الماستر أصبح مطلبا إجتماعيا إلى أين يتجه الماستر بهذه العقلية الأخيرة أم أنه أصبح لعبة في أيدي المسؤولين عن تنظيمه و يبقى الطالب المجتهد مسكين يتخبط في قرارات مضمونها فارغ.
