حكامنا وامبراطورية الفساد

سمعنا اكثر من مرة ان الدولة تنوي محاربة الفساد ههه
امبراطورية الفساد في الجزائر لا تنتهي ولا تختفي ابدا
كيف تقضي الدولة او السلطة على الفساد في الجزائر... كيف لا وقد تجذر هذا السرطان في دواليب السلطة إلى حد التعفن، وصار النظام متهما لا ترجى براءته وتحت طائلة قوائم مثيرة منذ الإستقلال، فالفضائح لا يمكن حصرها في مقال أو حتى مجلدات.
فتهريب الأموال إلى الخارج تورط فيه مسؤولون وبإعتراف من طرف هيئات دولية وحتى شخصيات مهمة في أعلى هرم الدولة..منها لخضر إبراهيمي فضيحة 26 مليار راحت عمولات ورشاوي
ونجد فضائح الإغتيالات السياسية المشبوهةمنها إغتيال الرئيس محمد بوضياف وضباط كانوا ممن عول عليهم الرئيس بوضياف في حربه على الفساد المتجذر في دواليب الدولة
وهناك فضائح البنوك كالتي سميت بفضيحة القرن من طرف رئيس الحكومة الأسبق أحمد أيحيى، وتتمثل في فضيحة الخليفة
وفضيحة البنك الصناعي التجاري والبنك الوطني الجزائري وفضيحة بنك البركة ببئر خادم… بغض النظر عن القضايا التي نقرأها يوميا من إختلاسات وثغرات مالية، وفضائح سياسية كالتزوير في التشريعيات التي قادها أحمد أويحيى زعيم الأرندي بصفته رئيسا للحكومة عام 1998، والإنقلابات على الأحزاب كما حدث لحركة الإصلاح وزعيمها عبدالله جاب الله، والإنقلاب على بن فليس وجناحه في الحزب الحاكم الجزائري، والإنقلابات على الرؤساء كبن بلة والشاذلي بن جديد وعلي كافي واليمين زروال، فضائح أخرى تتعلق بحقوق الإنسان كالتعذيب والقتل خارج أطر القانون
وفضائح المسؤولين كفضيحة آدمي وزير العدل الأسبق، وفضيحة بن محمد وبن بوزيد وزيرا التربية من خلال تسريب أسئلة وتظخم في نتائج البكالوريا ، وفضيحة محمد بتشين، وفضائح الجنرال خالد نزار وأبنائه وزعيم حركة حمس الجزائرية المتعلقة بالمخدرات، وفضائح الولاة من والي وهران إلى والي الطارف
وفضيحة المجاهدين المزيفين، وفضائح عصابات الحاج فرقاني وزيدان المخفي… أيضا فضائح الأموال التي تذهب هباء منثورااااكما حدث في قضية سد العبادلة وإتصالات الجزائر وغيرها، وكذلك فضائح عسكرية وامنية منها مقتل العقيد التونسي وفضائح التصدير من بواخر محملة بالمواد المغشوشة إلى فضيحة البازو الإيطالية (أنبوب الغاز العابر للمتوسط عن طريق تونس)، وإمبراطوريات ألقت بظلالها على المشهد الجزائري من حاج بتو إلى زنجبيل، ثم فضائح ممتلكات الدولة من شقق وفيلات فاخرة تنازلت بها السلطة بمبالغ رمزية إلى نافذين في الدولة، كما حدث في إقامة الدولة نادي الصنوبر وموريتي، فأحمد أويحيى أخذ لزوجته مركزا فاخرا بقلب العاصمة أصبحت بيتزيريا لها، وفيلا بحيدرة كانت مقرا لسفارة الأردن، ومحمد بتشين أهدى عشيقته المطربة فلة عبابسة فيلا بتيليملي كانت قد إكترتها الهند كمقر لسفارتها، وصارت الآن تدر بالملايير في جيب المطربة، التي أنهت علاقتها به فور مغادرته الرئاسة كمستشار للرئيس الأسبق اليمين زروال، ونجد أيضا فضائح جنرالات الجيش وما أقترفوه في حق الشعب الجزائري بدأ بخالد نزار والجنرال تواتي والجنرال العربي بلخير… إلخ
وبين هذا وذاك فضائح لا تعد ولا تحصى عن المجالس المنتخبة ورؤساء البلديات وخاصة المندوبيات التنفيذية التي خلفت دمارا هائلا في العقار وممتلكات في الدولة
وكذلك حالات الرشاوي التيلا تعد ولا تحصى
إن أردنا أن نحتوي هذا فلا يمكن أبدا، لأن الفساد أكبر بكثير ويحتاج إلى الصفحات التي لا نهاية لها أبدا.
