عندما يُسأل وزير الخارجية، مراد مدلسي، عن حكمة الصمت المخيف في التعاطي مع ''الربيع العربي''، يحدّثك بالطول وبالعرض عن ''مصلحة البلاد التي تقتضي التزام الصمت وعن ''حساسية الظرف''، وعن ''الخشية من التشويش'' على ''النشاط الموازي'' للدبلوماسية الجزائرية، ..
فكما حرموا هذا الشعب، بالأمس، من معرفة موقف دولته مما جرى في ليبيا وتونس ومصر وما يجري في اليمن وسوريا، بحجة المصلحةالعليا''، يحرمونه، اليوم، من التعرف على حقيقة ما ينتظره من مخاطر الأزمة التي تضرب منطقة، نبيع لها أغلب بترولنا وغازنا، وفيهما هواء يومنا وقوت نهارنا وضوء ليلنا وبرودة صيفنا ودفء شتائنا، ونستورد منها أغلب طعامنا ودوائنا ومركبنا وملبسنا.

وأظن أن الامر ينطبق على اغلب الوزراء إن لم يكونوا كلهم
هو وجه من وجوه إضعاف مؤسسات الدولة الجزائرية لصالح تقوية مصلحة الرئاسة (إن صح التعبير)
