إيسلاندا أول دولة أوروبية تعترف رسميا بدولة فلسطين


اعترفت ايسلندا رسميا أمس الخميس بدولة فلسطين في حفل جرى في العاصمة ريكيافيك، لتصبح بذلك اول دولة اوروبية غربية، واولى دول حلف شمال الاطلسي التي تقوم بخطوة كهذه.
وقال وزير الخارجية الايسلندي ايسور سكارفيدينسون مخاطبا نظيره الفلسطيني رياض المالكي خلال مؤتمر صحافي في دار الثقافة في عاصمة ايسلندا، "اليوم اتقدم اليكم رسميا باعلان استقلال فلسطين التزاما بارادة البرلمان الايسلندي".
واتفق الوزيران على اقامة علاقات دبلوماسية بين البلدين على مستوى سفيرين غير مقيمين.
ورحب المالكي بالاعلان الذي قال انه "يكتسي اهمية كبيرة لأن من شأنه ان يشيع في اوروبا مناخا ايجابيا" يتيح لبلدان اخرى "ان تفعل المثل".
وفي بيان نشر بعد ساعات من الاعلان، قالت وزارة الخارجية الايسلندية ان ايسلندا "تعترف بفلسطين دولة مستقلة وذات سيادة في اطار الحدود السابقة على حرب 1967".
وقال المالكي في البيان انها "المرة الاولى التي تعترف فيها دولة في غرب وشمال اوروبا بفلسطين".
واضاف في البيان "بات لدينا 130 بلدا تعترف الآن بفلسطين".

ونظم حفل اعتراف ايسلندا في دار الثقافة في ريكيافيك بعد تصويت البرلمان الايسلندي في التاسع والعشرين من نوفمبر لصالح الاعتراف بدولة فلسطينية على حدود ما قبل حرب عام 1967.
كما جاءت بعد يومين من رفع العلم الفلسطيني للمرة الاولى على هيئة تابعة للامم المتحدة اذ رفع العلم فوق مقر منظمة الامم المتحدة للتربية والعلوم والثقافة (اليونسكو) في باريس، بحضور الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس.
غير ان الانضمام الى اليونسكو لا يؤثر في المسعى الفلسطيني للحصول على عضوية كاملة في الامم المتحدة.
ويتعين على الجانب الفلسطيني الحصول على تسعة اصوات من الاصوات الـ15 في مجلس الامن، وحتى اذا حصل الفلسطينيون على تلك الاصوات فقد اكدت الولايات المتحدة انها ستجهض المسعى الفلسطيني باستخدام الفيتو بصفتها عضوا دائما في المجلس.
ويعترف اكثر من 100 بلد في العالم بالدولة الفلسطينية، بينها في الاتحاد الاوروبي جمهورية تشيكيا وبولندا والمجر ومالطا التي اعترفت بفلسطين رسميا.
وقال وزير خارجية ايسلندا "يواجه (الفلسطينيون) صعوبات في مجلس الامن الدولي، ولذلك فكرنا انه سيكون من الصواب عدم الانتظار وانما المضي قدما منذ الآن".
واضاف ان هذا الاعتراف "سيعطي دفعا لمساعيهم"، معتبرا ان "اعتراف دولة اوروبية غربية وعضو في حلف شمال الاطلسي بسيادة فلسطين مسألة لها معنى رمزيا كبيرا".
ورحب المالكي بالتوقيت الذي وصفه بانه "ممتاز" والذي يصادف كذلك اليوم الدولي للتضامن مع شعب فلسطين.
وقال انه يأمل ان يكون القرار "حافزا لدفع اسرائيل على اعادة التفكير في موقفها من عملية السلام هذه المرة وبطريقة ايجابية".
وقال سكارفيدينسون "اريد أن اؤمن بان ذلك (الاعتراف) سيساعد" عملية السلام.
واوضح ان قرار الاعتراف بفلسطين استغرق عامين، مشيرا الى ان الحكومة فضلت الحصول على قرار من البرلمان رغم انها لم تكن ملزمة بذلك.
وفي اشارة الى رد فعل اسرائيل الغاضب، قال انه "ليس لاي بلد ان يعترض عندما يتخذ القرار وفق هذه القاعدة الديموقراطية"..
