المحكمة الجنائية الدولية تدعو إلى فتح تحقيق في قضية وفاة القذافي

طلبت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية من المجلس الوطني الانتقالي التوضيح عن خططه فيما يتعلق بالتحقيق في جرائم الحرب المزعومة، وفق ما أفاده مدعي عام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لويس مورينو أوكامبو يوم الخميس 15 ديسمبر في نيويورك.
ونقلت صحيفة التلغراف عن مورينو أوكامبو قوله إن " وفاة معمر القذافي تشكل إحدى المسائل التي يجب توضيح ملابساتها-معرفة ما حصل- لأن ثمة شبهات جدية بأن يكون ذلك جريمة حرب".
المدعي العام أكد أن المحكمة لن تتدخل إلا في حال إعراب السلطات الليبية عن عدم رغبتها أو كفاءتها في التعامل مع القضية.

و شهادة الاحياء من من نجى من السائق و مرافقه الامني تثبت ذلك ... لم يسمعهم اكيد ...

لما القفز عن كل هذا يا اوكامبو حينما يتعلق الامر بامريكا و فرنسا و اسرائيل ...
