نحو إصدار ورقتين ماليتين بقيمة مليون ونصف مليون سنتيم

لم يستبعد مصدر مسؤول بالبنك المركزي الجزائري إمكانية إصدار أوراق مالية من فئات جديدة خلال السنتين القادمتين لتعويض الأوراق الائتمانية المهترئة، حيث توقّع أن تكون الأوراق الجديدة من فئة مليون ونصف مليون سنتيم أي 5000 و10 آلاف دينار.

وقال المصدر إن مشكلة تزوير الأوراق المالية الاعتيادية على غرار ورقة 100 دينار و200 دينار وحتى 1000 دينار قد يدفع بالبنك المركزي مستقبلا إلى العمل على سحب كافة الفئات القديمة واستبدالها بفئات جديدة على غرار أوراق مالية بقيمة مليون ونصف مليون سنتيم وكذا ورقة 2000 دينار التي لم تر النور بعد عبر عدد من الولايات رغم صدورها منذ 9 أشهر أي شهر أفريل المنصرم، حيث لم تصل لحد الساعة إلى عدد كبير من مراكز البريد، لا سيما بالمناطق النائية ولم يتمكّن العديد من المواطنين من رؤيتها لحد الساعة.
وأوضح ذات المسؤول أن ورقة 2000 دينار من المفروض أن تكون متوفرة عبر 3400 مركز بريدي بداية من جانفي القادم، حيث سيشرع البنك المركزي في ضخها ضمن رواتب أصحاب الحسابات الجارية مع بداية السنة الجديدة في الوقت الذي سيتم فيه إدراجها ضمن رواتب 14 مليون موظف ومتقاعد يسحبون منحهم عبر البريد.
وقال إن أوراق 2000 دينار وكذا الأوراق المالية الجديدة من فئة 5000 و10 آلاف دينار ستكون بالدرجة الأولى في أيدي كبار رجال المال والأعمال والتجار الذين غالبا ما يستنزفون سيولة كبرى عند إبرام مختلف الصفقات، وهو ما سيجعلهم بمنأى عن الأموال المزوّرة التي يكثر استعمالها على مستوى السوق السوداء والموازية. وحذّر المصدر من إمكانية فقدان قطعة 1 دينار بالسوق الوطنية بسبب الندرة التي باتت تشهدها هذه الأخيرة وتراجع نسبة إصدارها على مستوى البنك المركزي، مشيرا إلى أنه يتوقّع أن تختفي هذه الأخيرة نهائيا بعد عشر سنوات ويتم استبدالها بعملة أخرى، لا سيما في ظل المعطيات التي تشهدها السوق المالية الوطنية والعالمية إثر الأزمات المتتابعة التي تعرفها البورصات العالمية وانعكاسات ذلك على الجزائر، ناهيك عن تراجع قيمة الأموال بفعل الزيادات المتتالية في الأجور ورواتب الموظفين وارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية ومختلف المنتجات المعروضة بالأسواق وهو ما سيجعل بالضرورة الدينار عملة لا قيمة لها.
كما أكّد أن البنك المركزي شرع جدّيا في دراسة إمكانية إصدار أوراق مالية جديدة، على شاكلة ورقة 2000 دينار التي لا تزال لحد الساعة تشهد ندرة حادة بالسوق الوطنية.
