كارلوس يتلو وصية القذافي ويصفه بالثوري الأكثر عطاء

في باريس ،حكم على الفنزويلي إلييتش راميريز سانشيز، المعروف بلقب (كارلوس الثعلب) بالسجن مدى الحياة للمرة الثانية، عقاباً له على تورطه في أربع هجمات وقعت في فرنسا في بداية الثمانينيات أدت إلى مقتل 11 شخصاً وجرح 150 آخرين.
وذكرت وسائل إعلام فرنسية ان محكمة فرنسية خاصة حكمت على كارلوس، (62 عاماً)، بالسجن المؤبد، منها 18 عاماً من الحراسة المشددة، بعد إدانته بالهجمات الأربع التي وقعت في فرنسا قبل نحو 30 سنة. وأشارت إلى ان محامية الدفاع إيزابيل كوتان بير أعلنت انها ستستأنف الحكم الصادر بحق كارلوس.
وتحدث كارلوس الى المحكمة على مدى خمس ساعات، واصفاً نفسه بأنه «الشهيد الحي» دفاعاً عن براءته. وقال للمحكمة رافعاً صوته «أنا في السجن.. مدان في قضية اتخذ فيها قرار مسبق». ونفى أي تورط في التفجيرات الاربعة.
وقال كارلوس الذي اعتنق الإسلام وهو في السجن «السلام عليكم» قبل ان يلوح بقبضته في الهواء. واختتم حديثه بأسف خلال تلاوة وثيقة قدمها على انها «وصية معمر القذافي» الذي وصفه بأنه «الرجل الذي قدم للعالم أكثر من أي ثوري آخر مثلنا في العالم». وهتف وهو يرفع قبضته «تحيا الثورة»، و«الله أكبر»، بينما ردد نحو 15 من مؤيديه الهتاف.
يشار إلى أن كارلوس، فنزويلي الأصل، أعلن إسلامه وسافر إلى لندن، ثم انتقل للدراسة في موسكو وانخرط في صفوف الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين، وعمل في العمليات الخارجية. وانتقل كارلوس للعمل في أوروبا ضد أهداف إسرائيلية وأميركية، وعمل مع مجموعات ثورية تضم عناصر من الجيش الأحمر الياباني، ومنظمة بادر ماينهوف الألمانية، وجيش تحرير الشعب التركي، والألوية الحمراء الايطالية، والخلايا الثورية، ومنظمة العمل المباشر الفرنسية، بالإضافة إلى أعضاء من الجيش الجمهوري الإيرلندي، ومنظمة إيتا والباسك الانفصالية. ونفذ كارلوس عملياته في أكثر من دولة أوروبية، وتمكنت السلطات الفرنسية من إلقاء القبض عليه في عملية قامت بها أجهزة الاستخبارات الفرنسية في السودان في 14 أغسطس ،1994 بعد مطاردة استمرت أكثر من عقدين، وحكم عليه بالسجن مدى الحياة بتهمة قتل شرطيين فرنسيين.
وتحدث كارلوس خمس ساعات بينما تداولت المحكمة في القرار لمدة اربع ساعات.

وفي حديثه الذي مزج فيه بين الاعتبارات الجيوسياسية والشخصية، قام كارلوس بمراجعة محاكمته “غير المتقنة” التي اعتبرها “مهزلة من الدرجة الثانية” منتقدا بالتفصيل محامي الادعاء والنيابة.
واكد انه “يتحمل المسؤولية السياسية والعسكرية لكل الاعتداءات التي ارتكبتها منظمة الثوريين الدوليين والجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين” من اجل “القضية الفلسطينية”.
وطوال محاكمته، نفى كارلوس اي علاقة له بالهجوم على قطار اسفر عن مقتل خمسة اشخاص عام 1982 معتبرا انه من “الواضح” ان الهجوم استهدف جاك شيراك الذي كان انذاك رئيس بلدية باريس. الامر الذي نفته الشرطة.
وكرر مرات عدة ان “لا شىء يربطه بالاعتداءات الاربعة في فرنسا”.
وفي خطابه هذا كشف بعض النقاط في مسيرته. فقد قال باعتزاز “لا اشعر بالخجل من شىء ولم اخن يوما احدا ولم اش باحد”، لكنه يشعر بالاسف “على عائلته واولاده وزوجاته للثمن الذين عليهم دفعه لانهم بقوا معي”.
اما طموحه فهو “العودة الى فنزويلا”. وقال “لن اقوم بخطف طائرات من جديد هذا لم يعد مناسبا لسني لكن لدي الكثير الذي يتوجب علي القيام به في بلدي”.
واكد كارلوس اخيرا ان “حركة اصدقاء كارلوس” التي تبنت احد الهجمات الاربعة “افراد دخنوا سيجارة من حشيشة الكيف”، وتبني الاعتداءات “لا علاقة له بنا”.
ورأت محامية كارلوس ان الحكم “فضيحة” قائلة انه “لم يحقق استقلال القضاء تقدما منذ المحاكمات الخاصة” في الحرب العالمية الثانية.
واعتبرت النيابة مبررة طلب العقوبة الدنيا 18 عاما ان كارلوس “يمثل خطرا مطلقا ومستمرا”.
واكد محاموه طيلة فترة المحاكمة على عدم وجود ادلة تدينه، وطالبوا بتبرئته.
ويقضي كارلوس حكما بالسجن المؤبد منذ 1997، بعد ثلاث سنوات من اعتقاله في السودان في 1994 بعد ادانته بقتل ثلاثة رجال بينهم شرطيان في 1975 في باريس.
