المخابرات المغربية وراء اختطاف الأوربيين في تندوف



اتهم وزير الدفاع الصحراوي، محمد لمين بوهالي، المخابرات المغربية بالوقوف وراء عملية اختطاف الرعايا الأوربيين الثلاثة في أكتوبر الماضي بالرابوني في مخيمات اللاجئين الصحراويين بتندوف، للتشويش، حسبه، على مؤتمر البوليساريو.
قال الوزير الصحراوي، أمس الجمعة، في تصريحات صحفية على هامش فعاليات المؤتمر 13 لجبهة البوليساريو، المنعقد ببلدة تيفاريتي المحررة، أن المخابرات المغربية ''صُدمت عندما ألقت جبهة البوليساريو القبض على أفراد من الجماعة المختطفة،وخشيت من أن يكشفوا حقائق عنها''، مشيرا إلى أن ''وكالة الأنباء المغربية سارعت إلى ذكر أن الجماعة المختطفة منشقة عن تنظيم القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي''.
وقال بوهالي إن ''المغرب اتصل ببوركينافاسو في هذا الشأن، وأبدت هذه الأخيرة استعدادها للتوسط لتحرير سراح الرهائن''، على حد قوله، مشددا على ''رفض البوليساريو أي وساطة لتحرير الرهائن''، وأضاف أن ''أعيان وشيوخ القبائل في مالي اقترحوا التوسط لتحرير الرهائن، ولكن الجبهة رفضت''، وأضاف أن ''المختطفين هدفهم الأساسي الحصول على المال''.
وأكد محمد لمين بوهالي أن عدد الخاطفين الذين تم إلقاء القبض عليهم لحد الآن بلغ 11 عنصرا، أحدهم صحراوي أوقف أول أمس الخميس في منطقة مجيك في الأراضي الصحراوية المحررة، فيما تم القضاء على الرأس المدبر لعملية اختطاف الرهائن الأوروبيين الثلاثة منذ نحو 10 أيام، أي يوم 6 ديسمبر الماضي.
وقال وزير الدفاع الصحراوي ''إن الرهائن محتجزون الآن في شمال مالي بالقرب من الحدود مع النيجر، وخاطفوهم يبحثون عمن يشتريهم بعد فشل صفقة بيعهم لتنظيم القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي''. وأوضح أن ''بارونات المخدرات كانوا مقسمين إلى مجموعتين، الأولى مشكلة من 7 عناصر ومتمركزة في شمال مالي، أما المجموعة الثانية والمتكونة من 5 عناصر فكانت تتحرك باستمرار في الصحراء الكبرى، خاصة في شمال مالي وجنوب الجزائر.
وقال محمد لمين بوهالي إنه تم إلقاء القبض على المجموعة الأولى المشكلة من 7 عناصر في منطقة تقع 90 كيلومترا جنوب مخيم الداخلة (بولاية تندوف)، أما المجموعة الثانية فتمت مطاردة العقل المدبر لعملية اختطاف الرعايا الأوروبيين، وهو مالي الجنسية، وتم إطلاق النار على عجلات سيارته وإعطابها، ومع ذلك رد بإطلاق الرصاص على مقاتلي البوليساريو بالكلاشنكوف، ولكنه أصيب إصابة قاتلة.
وأشار وزير الدفاع الصحراوي إلى أن هذا البارون وضع سيارتين مجهزتين بالمقاتلين والأسلحة لتوفير الحماية للرجال الذين خطفوا الرعيتين الإسبانيتين والرعية الإيطالي ليلة 22 أكتوبر 2011 بمخيم الرابوني داخل التراب الجزائري، وأضاف أن الخاطفين كانوا 6 شباب من جنسية مالية، ومعظمهم من قبيلة ''لمهار''، ولديهم صلات ببارونات المخدرات الذين زودوهم بالمعلومات والأسلحة ومختلف الوسائل اللوجستية للقيام بعمليتهم، بالإضافة إلى سيارتين مسلحتين لحمايتهم عند مطاردتهم.
وفي هذا السياق أكد بوهالي أن الخاطفين اتصلوا بمختار بلمختار، المدعو ''لعور''، أحد أمراء القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي بالصحراء، قصد عقد صفقة معه لبيع المختطفين الأوروبيين، ولكن بلمختار رفض عقد هذه الصفقة، بعد أن علم أنهم مختطفون من مخيمات الصحراويين، فقال لهم ''هؤلاء (البوليساريو) ليس لدينا معهم أي مشكل''، وهدد مقاتلو القاعدة المختطفين بقطع رؤوسهم إن لم يغادروا المكان صباح الغد.
وأشار المتحدث إلى أن العقل المدبر لعملية اختطاف الرعايا الأوروبيين الذي تم القضاء عليه منذ نحو 10 أيام، سبق وأن ألقت عليه السلطات الموريتانية القبض ثم أطلقت سراحه بعد فترة، فاتهمته القاعدة بتسريب معلومات عنها، وبسبب تصفية حسابات بينه وبين مقربين منه تم اختطافه وتسليمه لتنظيم القاعدة، الذين احتجزوه في منطقة شمال مالي لمدة ثمانية أشهر ثم أطلقوا سراحه.
أما مرافقاه فتم أسرهما وهما صحراوي، والثاني من مالي من الأزواد، ويتكلم العربية بشكل جيد، وبلغ مجموع من ألقي عليهم القبض لحد الآن 11 فردا، منهم ماليون و3 صحراويون وموريتاني، بالإضافة إلى مقتل مالي واحد فقط.
وأشار الوزير محمد بوهالي إلى أن عملية اختطاف الرعايا الأوروبيين من مخيمات اللاجئين الصحراويين ''هي الأولى من نوعها، ولكن سبق وأن اعتدى جماعة من الأزواد من عرب البرابيش في شمالي مالي على مقاتلين صحراويين في بئر الحلو في 2006، حيث جرحوا السائق، ولكن تم توقيف 4 منهم بعد مطاردتهم، وسجنوا، لكن تدخل 15 من وجهاء القبائل في شمال مالي وتوسلوا لإطلاق سراحهم، ووافق الرئيس محمد عبد العزيز على طلبهم، لكن بعد مدة تم اختطاف مقاتلين صحراويين، وأخذهم إلى مدينة تومبكتو في شمال مالي، إلا أنهم أرجعوهم دون مقابل''.
