مجرم محترم

السلام عليكم

تناولنا في هذا المنتدى الكثير الكثير من الظواهر العنيفة و الخادشة للحياء العام و حتى الدموية لكن أبدا لم نهتدي للسبب المبقى على هذه الظواهر تطفوا على السطح.من البدهي في لغة القانون أن المجرم يعاقب حسب تكييف الجريمة المرتكبة و مآله للسجن حتما فالسؤال الجوهري الذي يفرض نفسه ما دور السجن في تقويم نفسية الإنسان المجرم ؟
السجن يدخله الفرد الموسوم بالمجرم لينال جزاء عمله أو هكذا هو المتعارف عليه لكن المشكل أن رواد السجون عندنا إحترفوا دخول السجن بل أصبح وسام او درجة يجب تقلدها لتصبح مجرم محترم فكل ما تكرر الدخول للسجن كلما زاد إحترام المجرم و زادت معها هيبته و هذا يدعونا لطرح سؤال إضافي عن مدى نجاعت قانون الجزاءات الذي سول لهؤلاء الصنف من الناس السكن في غيابات السجن ؟
طبعا و كإجابة لهذا التساؤل نقوم بالإسقاط على الواقع فنرى جيوش من المنحرفيين تغزوا الشوارع في القديم ليلا أما اليوم ليلا و نهارا في كل الاماكن ، قلبوا سكون الليل إلى ضوضاء و السعي في النهار إلى الترقب و الحيطة و الشك حتى فيمن ينظر إليك
سؤال ربما في جوابه حل

أظن أن الحل يكمن في بناء السجون في الصحراء القاحلة بعيدا عن المدن
المصيبة ان الكثير من المجرمين يسجنون في ولاياتهم بالقرب من عائلاتهم
وعندما تكون السجون تشبه الفنادق ويكون المسجون بالقرب من (الماما والبابا) ويأتونه في كل زيارة بالاكل وحتى السجائر فلا ننتظر أن يردع السجن هذا المجرم ليصلحه ويجعله مواطن صالح.

تجدهم يفتخرون : " داخل للحبس سبع خطرات" ، أو "ندخل على جالك الحبس" ولا يهمهم ذلك أبدا بل ذلك من شيمة الأبطال : "الحبس للرجال". والواعر هاداك اللي "غير تع حباس"
فالسارق رجل والقاتل رجل ، طبعا حسب نظرييتهم الرجولية والتي أعانهم على استنباطها عدة عوامل من أبرزها مجتمع لم يعد يقوى على مجابهته ، وفساد عم محيطه ، ودولة لم تعد تعيد التربية كما يجب.

المصيبة ان الكثير من المجرمين يسجنون في ولاياتهم بالقرب من عائلاتهم
وعندما تكون السجون تشبه الفنادق ويكون المسجون بالقرب من (الماما والبابا) ويأتونه في كل زيارة بالاكل وحتى السجائر فلا ننتظر أن يردع السجن هذا المجرم ليصلحه ويجعله مواطن صالح.


لا نختلف كثيرا في وجهات النظر
فلو كانت العقوبة حش الحلفة في الصحراء و تنظيف المراحيض العمومية و ما شابه
لما تجرأ لص على السرقة و لا راعي من الرعيان عن حمل السكين في وجه عجوز

حيث كان في وجه النهار يحمل البيرة و يخاطب صديقه قائلا : ندخل للحبس نجوز الشتاء و نتلاقاو في الصيف.
وكأنه يعرف ماذا سيقترف من جرم تخول له الدخول في فترة هو يعرفها
غريب أمر الصعاليك...
ربما درسوا قانون الجزاءات أحسن من خريج القانون ؟؟
