لقد اتضح مؤخرا لذوي الاختصاص ، بأن ضغط الحياة والسمنة وسوء النظام الغذائي وتزايد استهلاك الكمياويات و....وغيرها ليست أكثر من عامل ثانوي في الإصابة بمرضي السكري والضغط، خاصة في الدول العربية . إذ تبين أن السبب الرئيس عند ما يفوق نسبة 99.99 في المئة من المصابين هو : المواظبة على متابعة الاعلام الوطني . خاصة لمن تجاوز سن الأربيعين ، إذ لا يعقل أن ينجو من الاصابة بأحد المرضين أو كلاهما، كل من كان يملك مقدار ذرة من عقل وهو يستمع طيلة هذه السنين الى عبارات و ألفاظ ومصطلحات مثل:
الديمقراطية..... الحكم الرشيد....انتخاب..الحقوق والواجبات ...دستور.....دولة القانون... اصلاح.. الحكومة الالكترونية.....النهضة الشاملة ...محاربة الفساد ..... التنمية المستدامة......ندوة..... مؤتمر.....لقاء ....مهرجان .....زيارة ...لجنة.... تحقيق...اكتفاء...تطور.....نمو....ازدهار...استثمار. . دراسة ...مشروع.....انكبّ... واكب ... دشّن....افتتح.... مرسوم..... قرار.....دستور.... مصادقة .....سيادة .... مؤآمرة...يد خارجية.....الشباب جيل المستقبل.....المستوي المعيشي...عالم الشغل....شبكة...عقد ....ادماج.... زيادة الاجور....بيومتري...عدم الانتماء.....الاعفاء....ذوي الحقوق

عندما زملائك في العمل يتخذون منك موقف لمجرد أنك تصل في الوقت المناسب لمكتبك و لا تضيع دقائق أو ساعات العمل في التجول و التسوق تلعن اليوم الذي فكرت فيه في العمل
أما عن الإعلام فما عدت أرى ما يقلقني و تحيا قناة فتافيت و براعم التي أراها مع بنيتي الصغيرة
