قوة الثقة في الذات


من أنت ؟
كيف يراك الناس ؟
هل تؤثر فيك نظرة الناس لك ؟
لو وبخك أحدهم ، هل ستتغير نظرتك لذاتك ؟

نتأثر جميعا بالظروف المحيطة بنا :
بالناس ، الذين نتعامل معهم
بالأحداث ، التي نتعرض لها
كل هذه التجارب تضيف لنا الكثير من الخبرات
التي نتعامل مع العالم من خلالها

لكن ، هل تؤثر هذه الظروف الخارجية في نظرتك لذاتك ؟
البعض منا يستمد هذه الثقة من الآخرين
- لو ابتسم لك رئيسك في العمل فهذا يعني أنك شخص رائع
- لو وبّخك فهذا يعني أنك في الحضيض و لا داع لحياتك أساسا

هل هكذا تسير الأمور بينك و بين نفسك ؟
هل تقديرك لذاتك يعتمد – أساسا – على تقدير الآخرين لك ؟
لو كانت الإجابة : نعم ، فاقرأ هذا الموضوع جيدا

كل منا ينظر للعالم من حوله طبقا لمنظوره هو
لا كما يجب أن يرى العالم
الناس يحكمون على الآخرين طبقا لخبراتهم هم
لا طبقا لحقيقة الآخرين
كي تفهم ما أعنيه سأحكي لك هذه القصة


كانت هناك قرية صغيرة لم يعرف أهلها التمدن بعد
وكانوا يسمعون الأعاجيب عن المدينة وعاداتها المختلفة
وكانوا يريدون أن يعرفوا حقيقة ما يسمعون عنه طوال الوقت

وفي أحد الأيام سافر منهم رجلان إلى المدينة
غابا لفترة ثم عاد واحد منهم
التفوا حوله و سألوه : كيف وجدت المدينة ؟
كيف هم أهلها ؟
ما حقيقة ما كنا نسمع عنه ؟

أجابهم الرجل بثقة : لقد ذهبت بنفسي و عرفت الحقيقة
الحقيقة هي أن :
المدينة هي مرتع الفساد
وكل أهلها سكيرونلا يدينون بشيء
لقد كرهت المدينة

عرف الناس الإجابة التي انتظروها طويلا
فانفضوا و عاد كل منهم لعمله
وبعدها بأيام عاد الرجل الثاني
لم يهتموا بسؤاله عن رأيه
إلا أنهم التفوا حوله حين وجدوا له رأيا لم يتوقعوه :
لقد ذهبت بنفسي وعرفت الحقيقة
والحقيقة هي أن :
المدينة مليئة بدور العبادة
وكل أهلها متدينون طيبون
لقد أحببت المدينة

أصيب الناس بالارتباك ، هل المدينة سيئة أم جيدة ؟
هل أهلها طيبون أم أشرار؟
لم يجدوا مجيبا على هذا الأسئلة إلا حكيم القرية

كان شيخا كبيرا خبر الحياة وعرف الكثير ويثق الجميع في رأيه
كان هو ملاذهم الوحيد
ذهبوا إليه بالقصة وسألوه :
أحدهم قال أن المدينة فاسدة مليئة بالأشرار
والآخر قال أنها مدينة فاضلةمليئة بالأطهار
أي منهم نصدق ؟
أجاب الحكيم : كلاهما صادق
وحين رأى نظرات الحيرة على وجوههم

استطرد : الأول ، لا أخلاق له
لذا ذهب إلى أقرب حانة حين وصل للمدينة
فوجدها ممتلئة بالناس

بينما الثاني ، متدين صالح
لذا ذهب إلى المسجد حين وصل للمدينة
فوجده ممتلئا بالناس
وأضاف : من يرى الخير فهو لا يرى إلا مافي داخل نفسه
ومن يرى الشر فهو لا يرى إلا مافي داخل نفسه

هل عرفت ما أقصد ؟


فكر في شخص رائع تحبه ، فليكن نبيا أو ملكا أو قائدا
لو دققت النظر ستجد أن من المستحيل
أن يجمع الناس على تقبل شخص ما ، أيا كان
لأن الناس لا يرونإلا مافي داخل نفوسهم
لذلك لا تكترث كثيرا برأي من يحاول إحباطك
أنت جيد في جوانب كثيرة في حياتك
و لست في انتظار شخص مثله ليخبرك كم أنت رائع
لسبب بسيط
هو أنك تدرك هذا جيدا و لست محتاجا لسماعه من أحد
نظرتك لنفسك هي ما تحدد ما أنت عليه
لا نظرة الناس لك
