18 لحضة تصفيق في خطاب من 6 دقائق

من تتبّع خطاب الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة، وهو يفتتح السنة الجامعية بالأغواط، تعجب من قصر مدته التي لم تتجاوز 06 دقائق، وهو ما لم يتعوده الجزائريون . ويزداد تعجب المتتبع أكثر حين يجد أن الخطاب تخللته 18 لحظة تصفيق من طرف الحاضرين، مدة التصفيقة في كل مرة تصل إلى حدود العشر ثواني، بمعنى 180 ثانية أي 03 دقائق، وهنا يكون الحضور قد تقاسموا الوقت مناصفة مع الرئيس، ما يدل على أن الإصلاحات تسير على أحسن وجه ما دام الرئيس والمرؤوس يتقاسمان كل شيء بعدل ومساواة!

عندما كنا في المتوسطة بالداخلية ، ومع أننا كنا
في سن المراهقة مع كثرة ممارسة الرياضة
لما الواحد يدخل للمطعم خاوي البطن لو يعطوه
لحجر يطحنه . وأحيانا يعطونا قليلا من العدس
فتجد الثلميذ يضع حبيبات منه مقابل شقفة
كبيرة من الخبز ، يعني يأكل زلافة عدس بشكارة
خبز .
وهذا عين ما حدث : شوية كلام مع بزاف تصفيق .
خطاب قصير مطول بالتصفيق .

لكن للاسف ايادي خارجية افشلت لقاء فخامته حفضه الله

بوتفليقة يضرب على الوتر الحساس

أربع كلمات من خطاب رئيس الجمهورية بجامعة الأغواط، حركت مشاعر سكان الولاية وشدت انتباههم ''صدق الوطنية، مقاومة ناصر بن شهرة، جبال القعدة التي مازالت شاهدة على ملحمة الشوابير الشهيرة سنة 1956، ومدينة العلم والثقافة''. وتمنى سكان الولاية، خاصة سكان بلدية أفلو وما جاورها، الذين تدفقوا على مقر الولاية لاستقبال الرئيس، أن يزورهم ليحيوا معه ذكريات جبال الفعدة، راجين نفض الغبار عن معركة الشوابير التي كبدت العدو 1327 قتيل، ورفعها إلى مصاف المعارك الكبرى.

وبالتالي فالتصفيق في أغلب حالاته إهانة للمصفق له وقله أدب من المصفق
