البحث عن أموال القذافي وكنوزه

تشهد عدة مناطق في الصحراء بوسط وغرب ليبيا حملة بحث محمومة عن أطنان من السبائك الذهبية ومجوهرات نادرة ومئات الملايين بعملتي الأورو والدولار، يعتقد بأن مقربين من العقيد معمر القذافي دفنوها في الصحراء بعد سقوط طرابلس في يد قوات المجلس الانتقالي، واشتدت عمليات البحث بعد اكتشاف كميات من السبائك الذهبية مدفونة قرب مدينة هون وسط الصحراء الليبية.
أوقفت السلطات النيجرية حسب مصدر على صلة بالشأن الأمني في منطقة الساحل، ليبيين اثنين بعد تسللهما، وحققت في قضية التعاون مع شركة أمنية أمريكية تعمل على البحث عن أموال القذافي وكنوزه التي تشتبه مصالح الأمن بأنها مدفونة في الصحراء الغربية في ليبيا، بعد أن ضبطت لديهما أسلحة فردية وأجهزة اتصال متطورة.
وتشير المعلومات المتوفرة في هذا الموضوع إلى أن الليبيين كلّفوا من قبل شركة الأمن الأمريكية بمهمة استدراج أحد قادة مخابرات العقيد معمر القذافي الذي يعتقد بأنه تمكّن من الفرار إلى النيجر قبل عدة أسابيع، بعد أن كان أحد أكثر المقربين من القذافي، وقد أوقف الليبيين في مدينة أرليت قبل أيام. وكشف مصدر على صلة بالملف الأمني في المنطقة بأن الرائد ''مويجي'' ويعتقد بأن اسمه الكامل سعيد قمان وهو ضابط من المخابرات الليبية، وكان من أكثر المقربين من القذافي في الأسابيع الأخيرة من حياته ثم فرّ نحو الجنوب باتجاه النيجر، بات من أهم المطلوبين لأجهزة الأمن والمخابرات في دول غربية مهتمة بملاحقة الأموال التي سحبها القذافي قبل مغادرة طرابلس. وتشير المعلومات المتاحة إلى أن ما لا يقل عن 4 أطنان من الذهب، وما بين 200 و500 مليون دولار من الأموال السائلة التي كان يتحكم بها العقيد القذافي -وأغلبها سُحب من بنوك ليبية- ما زال مصيره مجهولا.
وذكر نفس المصدر أن طائرات استطلاع غربية مجهزة بأجهزة كشف المعادن وأجهزة تحديد المواقع الفضائية ''جي. بي. أس'' مسحت مناطق واسعة في الصحراء الليبية خاصة ''الحمادة الحمراء'' القريبة من الحدود مع تونس والجزائر في غرب ليبيا، ومنطقة ''تينوهان'' في الغرب وصحراء ''فزان''، مباشرة بعد اكتشاف كمية من السبائك الذهبية المدفونة في الصحراء قرب بلدة هون وسط ليبيا.
وكشف مصدر على صلة بالملف الأمني في المنطقة، بأن الحدود الجزائرية الليبية شهدت في الأسابيع الماضية تحليقا مكثفا لطائرات استطلاع كانت تطير على ارتفاعات منخفضة. ويعتقد بأن هذه الطائرات كلفت من قيادة الناتو بمسح الصحراء الليبية في مواقع عدة في غرب ووسط ليبيا بحثا عن ما بات يسمى كنوز معمر القذافي.
وتشير مصادر إلى أن أجهزة أمن دول غربية عملت للإطاحة بنظام العقيد معمر القذافي، باتت مقتنعة بعد التحقيق مع أتباع العقيد الموقوفين، بأن النظام الليبي السابق كان يحضّر لحرب مقاومة طويلة الأمد. وكان يعوّل على أموال ضخمة تم سحبها من بنوك ليبية وأخفيت في مواقع آمنة في الصحراء الليبية.
وبيّنت التحقيقات بأن أتباع العقيد وعلى رأسهم أقرب مقربيه اختاروا الصحراء في منطقتي فزان والحمادة الحمراء لإخفاء الأموال لبعدها عن المناطق التي سيطرت عليها قوات المعارضة.
وتشير التحقيقات إلى أن معمر القذافي أوكل مهمة إخفاء الأموال التي كانت بحوزته للرائد ''مويجي'' واحتفظ بكمية قليلة من المال كان يحملها معه. ويعتقد بأن عملية إخفاء الأموال تمت في منتصف شهر سبتمبر في مخبئ تحت الأرض في الصحراء الغربية الليبية. ويعتقد بأن هذا المخبأ مموّه بطريقة جيدة ومجهزة بنظام تحديد مواقع ''جي. بي. أس'' وتشهد المنطقة حسب مصادرنا حملة بحث محمومة تقوم بها أجهزة الأمن الغربية، خاصة المخابرات الفرنسية خوفا من سقوط هذه الأموال في يد العصابات والجماعات الإرهابية في الساحل. وتعمل شركات أمن أمريكية عديدة على متابعة التحقيق في الموضوع للوصول إلى هذه الأموال، ويعتقد بأن هذه الشركات تعمل لحساب الحكومة الليبية.
وتشير مصادر إلى أن الأموال الليبية التي كانت بحوزة القذافي تثير اهتمام مغامرين غربيين وعرب وشركات أمن وحتى لصوص وإرهابيين يبحثون عن الثروة. ويضاف هذا الملف إلى قائمة الملفات التي تؤرق حكومات المنطقة منذ اندلاع الحرب الأهلية في ليبيا.
