معركة السطو على الأموال الليبية

تدور معركة حامية الوطيس في الخفاء للاستحواذ على مليارات الدولارات الليبية التي أفرجت عنها الأمم المتحدة مؤخرا، وتشير تقارير إعلامية ليبية وأجنبية إلى مخاوف جدية من قيام بعض المسلحين بالسطو على هذه الأموال، بمجرد وصولها إلى مطار طرابلس الدولي.
وتتحدث تقارير إعلامية عن عدة شواهد على معركة السطو على الأموال، منها محاولة اقتحام مصرف بوسط العاصمة طرابلس قبل أيام، حيث وقعت مواجهة دموية بين مقاتلي الزنتان ومقاتلين تابعين للجنرال خليفة حفتر، أحدهم ابنه صدام. وتبرز المخاوف بقوة أيضا بعد رفع الأمم المتحدة التجميد على الأصول الحكومية الليبية بقيمة 30 مليار دولار على الأقل، بينما أشارت بعض المصادر إلى أن التجميد طال أرصدة بقيمة 100 مليار دولار حتى نهاية الأسبوع الماضي.
وبالموازاة مع رفع التجميد، ينتظر أن تصل خمس طائرات شحن محملة بمليارات الدينارات الليبية، جرى طبعها في ألمانيا لفائدة المجلس الانتقالي الليبي الذي يواجه احتجاجات اجتماعية عارمة، حيث لم يتلق آلاف الموظفين أجورهم منذ شهور طويلة.
وكتبت صحيفة ''الأوبزرفر'' البريطانية في الموضوع، وقالت إن ''الجائزة البراقة المنتظرة قريبا هي حاويات فيها عدة مليارات من الدنانير، طبعت في ألمانيا، يحتمل إرسالها جوا إلى ليبيا على متن خمس طائرات شحن. والجهة المسيطرة على المطار عندما تصل الحاويات ستتمكن من الحصول على رسوم أمنية سخية، لقاء إيصالها للبنك المركزي الليبي''. وأضافت الصحيفة ''لكن القتال للسيطرة على المطار هو جزء من معركة أوسع من أجل الهيمنة الاقتصادية على ليبيا الجديدة، وهي معركة ستضع الفصائل العديدة التي اتحدت للإطاحة بنظام القذافي في مواجهات مع بعضها بعضا، وضد فلول جيش القذافي المهزومة''.
أما صحيفة ''ليبيا اليوم'' فقد تساءلت عن ضياع 26 مليار دولار وأطنان من الذهب من مقر مصرف ليبيا المركزي. وقالت الصحيفة في هذا الشأن ''خلال الأسبوع الماضي تم العثور على خزينة ضخمة تحت الأرض في معسكر بمنطقة هون''. وفي نفس الوقت يخرج علينا الدكتور عبد الرحمن الكيب، ومحافظ المصرف المركزي الجديد، ليقولا إن المصرف المركزي والخزينة الليبية فاضية، فالسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه أين ذهبت واختفت كل هذه الأموال؟ أي 26 مليارا، والذهب، وأموال وأرصدة ليبيا في مصر والخليج والسودان''
