الخطأ سمة من سمات البشر والإعتذار رجوع الى الحق ....!!

قد يخطأ الانسان والعيب ان يستمر الخطأ والإعتذار :سلوك حضاري وفضيلة تدل على الثقة العالية بالنفس، وفن مهارة وأسلوب تصرّف بالحب والصفاء والتفاهم الحقيقي ، يتطلب جرأة أدبية كبيرة لأنه ليس مجرد لطافة أو دليل وعي ونضج فكري واضح يزيد من أواصر المحبة والتقارب والتفاهم بين أبناء المجتمع. إلى جانب كل ذلك فهو ثقافة عامة تسمو بصاحبها، لكنها غائبة عن حياتنا ومجتمعاتنا، لذا كان ديننا العظيم من أكثر الأديان حثاً على تصحيح الأخطاء، وكانت التوبة والاعتذار وكل مشتقاتها من أكثر الألفاظ وروداً في القرآن الكريم.

الاعتذار عند الشعوب المتحضرة يعطي الأمل،و أسلوب حياة ونمط سلوك اجتماعي نبيل يعطي الأمل بتجديد العلاقة بين الأطراف المختلفة، وهو التزام يحثّ على تحسين الأواصر ، وهو استعداد لتحمّل مسؤولية الأفعال من دون أعذار أو لوم أو ولا يمارسه إلا من امتلك الرغبة في تصحيح أخطائه، وتشبع بروح المسامحة والتعاطف مع الآخر، وهو تقويم لسلوك سلبي يظهر من خلاله مدى شجاعة الفرد على مواجهة الواقع، كما فعل قدوتنا ونبينا المعصوم من الخطأ، محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حين اعتذر من عبد الله بن أم مكتوم حين عاتبه الله تعالى فيه في سورة (عبس)(حيث كان اعتذاره من قوة شخصيته وناتج عنها، ولم يدل أبدا عن ضعفها، كما يرى الكثيرون أن في الاعتذار انكساراً لعزتهم وشموخهم وكبريائهم فيستحيون باعتذارهم .
الأخطاء و الاعتذار يكون من أصعب وأثقل السلوكات الاجتماعية لشعور الإنسان العربي ا لدائم بأنه على حق بينما الآخرون على خطأ؟ ولما يستوجبه الاعتذار من قوة وشجاعة كم نحن بحاجة ماسة لنشر ثقافة الاعتذار وتعميمها في مجتمعنا، ولن يحدث ذلك ، إلا حين نربّي أبناءنا على الصدق في كل الأمور كخطوة أولى نحو تعديل السلوك المنحرف، ثم نعودهم على مفردات الاعتذار والتواضع أثناء تعاملهم مع الآخرين، وبعدها نعلمهم فن الاعتذار وكيفيته، ومتى يعتذرون؟ ولماذا يعتذرون؟ وهذا يستوجب بطبيعة الحال نوعاً من الضبط الاجتماعي لعلاقة الفرد بمحيطه، والتذكير بالقوانين التي تحكم تصرفاته، والإشادة بتصرّف الطفل أمام الآخرين وتعزيزه باستمرار.

وقبل هذا وذاك يجب أن يغير الكبار آباء ومعلمين ومسؤولين من سلوكهم ويتشبعوا بفضيلة العودة للحق في كل تصرفاتهم الخاصة والعامة، كدليل على التحضر والوعي، حتى يكونوا قدوة للأجيال الصاعدة، كما أعطى الرسول الكريم( صلى الله عليه و سلم ) على أن على المخطئ بوجه عام أن يعتذر حتى لو لم يكن خطأه متعمداً، حين اعتذر صلى الله عليه وسلم من عبد الله بن أم مكتوم حين عاتبه الله تعالى فيه في سورة (عبس)

فلمَا لا نراجع أنفسنا ونتساءل منذ متى لم ننطق كلمة "آسف". فلنكن متسامحين مع أنفسنا بالدرجة الأولى ومن ثم مع الآخرين لأن الاعتذار من شيم الكبار كما يقولون.. ودليل الثقة بالنفس والتواضع والاتزان في طبيعة التفكير، ا

لذا نجد أن عددا من أصحاب النفوس الكبيرة التي تعالت وسَمَت في أفاق السماء من الأنبياء يعتذرون عن أخطاء ارتكبوها:فهذا آدم- عليه السلام- اعترف بذنبه لمَّا أخطأ وأكل هو وزوجه من الشجرة المحرَّمة، مُقرًا ذلك بقوله:

﴿قَالا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنْ الْخَاسِرِينَ ﴾ (الأعراف:23).

*وهذا موسى- عليه السلام- أخطأ و لم يراوغ لإيجاد المخارج بعد أن وكز الرجل بعصاه فقتله ﴿قَالَ هَذَا مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ عَدُوٌّ مُضِلٌّ مُبِينٌ ﴾ (القصص: الآية 15،

ثم قدِّم الاعتذار وطلب العفو والصفح والمغفرة ﴿قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴾ القصص:16

امرأة العزيز التي راوغت وكادت لتبرير موقفها الصعب وسلوكها المشين، إلا أنها اعترفت في شجاعة نادرة ﴿ قَالَتْ امْرَأَةُ الْعَزِيزِ الآنَ حَصْحَصَ الْحَقُّ أَنَا رَاوَدتُّهُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنْ الصَّادِقِينَ (51) ذَلِكَ لِيَعْلَمَ أَنِّي لَمْ أَخُنْهُ بِالْغَيْبِ وَأَنَّ اللهَ لا يَهْدِي كَيْدَ الْخَائِنِينَ (52)﴾ (يوسف).

يا لها من قوة وجرأةٍ في الحق يعجز أكابر الرجال في زماننا أن يأتوا بمثلها، وهذا قدوتنا شَيْئًا فَخُذُوا بِهِ وتأسوا به عليه الصلاة والسلام ..
