دخل علي ابن ابي طالب مع زوجته فاطمة رضي الله عليهما على النبي (ص) فوجداه يبكي بكاءا شديدا فقال علي فداك ابي يا رسول الله ما الذي ابكاك؟. قال (ص):يا علي ليلة اسري بي الى السماء رايت نساءا يعذبن من انواع العذاب و بكيت من شدة عذابهن. رايت امراة معلقة بشعرها يغلي دماءها. رايت امراة معلقة بلسانها و الحميم يصب من حلقها. رأيت امراة قد شد رجلاها الى ثديها وقد سلطت عليها الحيات و العقارب. رايت امراة راسها راس خنزير و بدنها بدن حمار و عليها الف و الف من العذاب. و رايت امراة على صورة كلب و الناس تدخل فمها و تخرج من دبرها و الملائكة يضربون راسها بمقاطع من النار ... فقامت فاطمة و قالت:يا حبيبي و قرة عيني ما كان اعمال هاته النسوة حتى وقع عليهن العذاب؟.. قال النبي (ص):اما المعلقة بشعرها فانها كانت لا تغطي شعرها من الرجال... اما المعلقة بثديها كانت تؤذي فراش زوجها...واما المعلقة بلسانها كانت تؤذي زوجها ...اما التي شد رجلاها الى ثديها و يداها الى ناصيتها فكانت لا تغسل من الجنابة و الحيضة و تستهزئ بالصلاة...واما التي راسها راس خنزير و بدنها بدن حمار فكانت نمامة كذابة ...واما التي على صورة كلب و الناس تدخل فمها وتخرج من دبرها فكانت نمامة حسادة.

الفتوى رقم ( 19493 ) .
س: قد انتشر بين الناس وبشكل كبير جداً حديث مكذوب على الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم-، وهو حديث النساء الطويل، أو ذكرى النساء، ولم نجد لذلك فتوى رسمية، ومما يحز في النفوس أنه أصبح منتشراً في أماكن التعليم، وهي مدارس تعليم البنات، ومما يؤلم أيضا أنه يوزع من قبل المعلمات أنفسهن، وإذا نوقشن من أن هذا الحديث مكذوب على النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وأنه لا يجوز نشره، أجبن وبكل ثقة: أنه حديث صحيح وموثوق فيه؛ لذا أرجو من سماحتكم إصدار فتوى خطية لدفع الكذب والافتراء عن الرسول - صلى الله عليه وسلم-.


ج: اطلعت اللجنة الدائمة للبحوث العلمية والافتاء على النشرة الى عنوانها (ذكرى للنساء) منسوبة إلى أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب وفاطمة بنت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم-، عن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-، ونصها: عن الإمام علي بن أبي طالب قال: " دخلت أنا وفاطمة على رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فوجدته يبكي بكاء شديداً، فقلت: فداك أبي وأمي يا رسول الله: ما الذي أبكاك؟
فقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: يا علي، ليلة أسري بي إلى السماء رأيت نساء من أمتي في عذاب شديد، وأنكرت شأنهن لما رأيت من شدة عذابهن؛ رأيت امرأة معلقة بشعرها يغلي دماغ رأسها، ورأيت امرأة معلقة بلسانها والحميم يصب في حلقها، ورأيت امرأة معلقة بثديها، ورأيت امرأة تأكل لحم جسدها والنار توقد من تحتها، ورأيت امرأة قد شدت رجلاها إلى يديها وقد سلط عليها الحيات والعقارب، ورأيت امرأة صماء عمياء في تابوت من النار، يخرج دماغ رأسها من فخذيها وبدنها متقطع من الجذام التقطيع والبرص، ورأيت امرأة معلقة برجليها في النار، ورأيت امرأة تقطع لحم جسدها في مقدمها ومؤخرها بمقاريض من نار، ورأيت امرأة تحرق وجهها ويديها وهي تأكل أمعاءها، ورأيت امرأة رأسها رأس خنزير وبدنها بدن حمار وعليها ألف ألف لون من العذاب، ورأيت امرأة على صورة كلب والنار تدخل من دبرها وتخرج من فيها والملائكة يضربون على رأسها وبدنها مقامع من نار.

فقالت فاطمة : حبيبي وقرة عيني: أخبرني ما كان عملهن وسيرهن حتى وضع الله عليهن العذاب،

فقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: يا ابنتي: أما المعلقة بشعرها فإنها كانت لا تغطي شعرها من الرجال، أما المعلقة بلسانها فإنها كانت تؤذي زوجها، أما المعلقة بثديها فإنها كانت تمتنع عن فراش زوجها، أما المعلقة برجلها فإنها كانت تخرج من بيتها بغير إذن زوجها، أما التي تأكل لحم جسدها فانها كانت تزين بدنها للناس، أما التي شد يداها إلى رجليها وسلط عليها الحيات والعقارب فإنها كانت قليلة الوضوء قذرة الثياب وكانت لا تغتسل من الجنابة والحيض ولا تتنظف، وكانت تستهين بالصلاة، أما العمياء والصماء والخرساء فإنها كانت تلد من الزنا فتعلقه بعنق زوجها، أما التي كانت تقرض لحمها بالمقارض فإنها كانت قوادة، أما التي رأسها رأس خنزير وبدنها بدن حمار فإنها كانت نمامة كاذبة، أما التي كانت على صورة كلب والنار تدخل من دبرها وتخرج من فيها؛ لأنها كانت مغنية نواحة.


ثم قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: ويل لامرأة أغضبت زوجها، وطوبى لامرأة رضي عنها زوجها " صدق رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-.


وترى اللجنة أن هذه النشرة مكذوبة على رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وعلى من نسبت إليهم روايتها عنه، يستحق من اختلقها أو روجها الوعيد الثابت عن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- بقوله:« من كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار » (1) متفق على صحته.

فيجب على المسلمين تكذيب هذه النشرة، وتمزيقها، وإتلافها، وتحذير الناس منها ومعاقبة من يقوم بترويجها، لأنها من أعظم الكذب، ولأجل التحذير من هذه النشرة، وأمثالها من النشرات الباطلة التي تظهر بين الحين والآخر- جرى تحرير هذه الفتوى.
