الجزائر: اعتقال نحو ثلاثون نقابيا مستقلا بالعاصمة (http://www.tsa-algerie.com/ar/various/article_5498.html)


اعتقلت مصالح الأمن صبيحة اليوم الثلاثاء 20 ديسمبر، نحو ثلاثون نقابيا ينتمون لنقابات مستقلة غير معتمدة، بالقرب من وزارة العمل والتشغيل والضمان الاجتماعي بالعاصمة، حسبما أفاد به ايدير عاشور، الناطق الرسمي باسم مجلس ثانويات الجزائر، لــ"كل شيء عن الجزائر".

وحسب ذات المصدر، فإن النقابيين الذين أوقفتهم الشرطة هم أعضاء مؤسسين في مجلس ثانويات الجزائر، النقابة الوطنية للأسلاك المشتركة للعمال المهنيين للتربية الوطنية والنقابة الوطنية لعمال التكوين المهني.

وأوضح المصدر ذاته، أن النقابيون أرادوا اليوم تنظيم اعتصام أمام مقر وزارة العمل للمطالبة بمنحهم الاعتماد لنقاباتهم خصوصا وأن ملفاتها أودعت منذ سنوات، وأضاف ايدير عاشور "لقد تم توقيفنا قبل تنظيمنا للاعتصام أمام مقر الوزارة"، حوالي ثلاثون شخص يتواجدون الآن في مراكز الشرطة. أنا حاليا متواجد داخل سيارة شرطة".




اعتقال المئات من المساعدين التربويين والأساتذة المتعاقدين


أوقفت قوات الأمن المئات من مساعدي التربية وأساتذة متعاقدين كانوا يحتجون أمس أمام ملحقة وزارة التربية بالرويسو في العاصمة، كما تم اقتياد العشرات منهم من محطات المسافرين نحو مراكز الشرطة.
استعملت مصالح الأمن مختلف الطرق ''لإجهاض'' الاعتصام الذي دعت إليه التنسيقية الوطنية للمساعدين التربويين لمدة 3 أيام أمام ملحقة وزارة التربية أمس، وقامت بتوقيف مجموعة كبيرة منهم على مستوى محطة الخروبة ومنعتهم من الوصول إلى مكان التجمع، وتم اقتياد الموقوفين إلى مركز الشرطة. مقابل ذلك تمكن حوالي 400 مساعد تربوي من الوصول إلى موقع الاعتصام قبل أن تسارع قوات مكافحة الشغب إلى تفريقهم بالقوة واستخدام العنف اللفظي ضدهم.
واستنكر رئيس التنسيقية مراد فرتاقي الذي تم توقيفه لمدة 7 ساعات، القمع الذي مورس في حق المحتجين قائلا بأن الحركة كانت سلمية وغرضها إيصال صوت المساعدين الرافض لمحتوى التعديلات التي أجرتها الوزارة على القانون الأساسي الخاص بهم ''لكن هذه الممارسات ستزيدنا قوة وعزيمة لتحقيق المطالب المشروعة''، مضيفا بأن المضايقات التي تعرض لها المساعدون لن توقف الاحتجاجات والتي سيتم تجديدها عقب الاجتماع الطارئ للأمناء الوطنيين للتنسيقية المنعقد مساء أمس.
من جانبها طالبت النقابة المستقلة لمستخدمي الإدارة العمومية بإطلاق سراح 40 أستاذا تم توقيفهم أمس من طرف قوات الأمن.
وشهد مبنى وزارة التربية أمس مشادات عنيفة بين قوات الأمن والأساتذة المتعاقدين المقصين من الإدماج، حيث تم توقيف كل المعتصمين واقتيادهم إلى مركز الشرطة، موازاة مع نزع جميع اللافتات التي حملت شعارات تطالب بحق الإدماج ''تطبيقا لقرار رئيس الجمهورية''.
وحسب ممثل المحتجين، الأستاذ موسى الذي تحدث لـ''خبر''، فإن قوات الأمن مارست ''ضغوطات'' كبيرة على المتعاقدين المعتصمين منذ 18 يوما أمام وزارة التربية في رويسو، قصد إجبارهم على مغادرة المكان، واتهم محدثنا أعوان الشرطة باستعمال الهراوات لتفريق المتظاهرين صباح أمس، وقال بأنهم أوقفوا أكثـر من أربعين أستاذا واقتادوهم إلى مركز الأمن بحسين داي.
وذهب محدثنا إلى أبعد من ذلك، حينما قال بأن قوات الشرطة اعتدت على أستاذة حامل حيث تعرضت لإصابات بالغة تم على إثـرها نقلها إلى المستشفى، وقد تم تحرير شهادة طبية تؤكد مدى خطورة هذه الإصابة، حسب الوثائق التي تحصلت ''الخبر'' على نسخ منها
