♦ كيف تقولين ( لا ) لزوجك دون إهانة رجولته ♦

الزواج سنة الحياة ، ولكن السؤال الذي يدور في ذهن جميع العزاب ، هل كل المتزوجين سعداء ؟ بالطبع لا ،
إذا عدنا بالوراء قليلاً قبل الزواج ، سنجد أن المرأة تجني على حياتها الزوجية بالاصغاء إلى نصائح الصديقات والأقارب ،
لتخطو على درب الجميع تجاه النكد الزوجي فلا يصح أن تقول “نعم” ولا يجب أن تنصاع لزوجها على طول الطريق لتتمكن من فرض شخصيتها المستقلة ،
ولا تمكن زوجها من ترويضها بل عليها أن تنجح هي في ذلك ، وبذلك تتحول الحياة الزوجية إلى صراع “الديوك”.

تغير مزاجه
والشكوي المتكررة التى تحتاج إلى علاج هي :
“زوجي خارج المنزل مع أصدقائه كالحمل الوديع .. ولكن يتحول معي إلى إنسان بشع وعصبي .. صبرني يارب على هذا البلاء .. ماذا فعلت في حياتي لكل ذلك ” .. وغيرها.

السبب في تغير سلوك بعض الأزواج خارج المنزل مع الأصدقاء هو التفاهم ، واشتراكهم فى الموافقة علي نفس المقترحات ،ولا يعترض الآخر كي لا يعكر صفو الآخرين ، ومن هنا يكمن الخطر الحقيقي الذي يهدد حياتك الزوجية هو الرفض وتحديداً في كلمة “لا” وكيفية قولها ، ولكن بالطبع هذا لا يلغي حقك فى الاختلاف ، ولكن الأمر يستدعي بعض الحنكة فى التعامل مع هذه المنطقة الشائكة.
وبالرغم من أن كلمة ” لا” تعتبرها بعض الزوجات شجاعة لفرض الشخصية فى المنزل،
وتمدهن ببعض القوة إلا أن مفعولها كالقنبلة على الزوج وخاصة إذا كانت الزوجة عصبية ولا تجيد إدارة الحوار ،
أما الزوج فيعتبر كلمة “لا” مس لكرامته ، وخاصة إذا صدرت بمجمل جارح وغير لائق.

كلمة جارحة
وذكرت الباحثة التربوية الانجليزية د. جون فاو فيليب بجامعة لندن أن معظم الأزواج يكرهون سماع كلمة “لا” من قبل زوجاتهم.

وأشارت الباحثة فيليب في دراستها التى أجريت علي مجموعة كبيرة من الأزواج والزوجات لمعرفة اكثر ما يثير حفيظة الزوج ضد زوجته‏، إلى أن معظم الازواج اعترفوا برفضهم التام لسماع كلمة “لا” حتي لو كان ما يطلبونه غير منطقي من وجهة نظر الزوجة‏.

وأكدوا أنهم يفضلون أن تبحث الزوجات عن كلمة مرادفة لها تؤدي نفس الغرض ولا تجرح كرامتهم‏.‏

وأوضحت د. جون أن العلاقة الزوجية علاقة معقدة للغاية وتحتاج الي كثير من الكياسة والمرونة لتنجح‏، كما أنها تحتاج الي تعقل شديد من جانب الزوجة لتعرف كيف تصل الي ما تريد أو ترفض ما لاتريد دون صدام ومواجهات‏، وبدون أن يؤثر ذلك علي كرامتها وكبريائها‏.

وتقدم د. جون فيليب بعض النصائح للزوجات لتساعدهن علي انجاح زيجاتهن‏ : ‏

-‏ يجب علي الزوجة التحكم في اعصابها وعدم الانفجار السريع في الغضب‏.‏ ويتحقق ذلك عن طريق التمهل في الردود والتفكير فيها قبل النطق بها‏.‏

- ‏ يمكن للزوجة أن توصل لزوجها رفضها لما يطلبه منها دون أن تنطق بكلمة لا حيث
يمكن أن يأتي الرفض في مضمون الكلام مغلفا في شكل دعابة‏.‏

- يفضل أن ترفق الزوجة رفضها لأراء زوجها بمبررات منطقية لا تسبب له ضيقاً‏، موضحة له وجهة نظرها المخالفة له والتي يمكن أن يكون غافلا عنها‏.‏

تعاملي مع “لا”

وفي حالة الرفض تنصحك بضرورة اتباع الآتي ‏:‏

ـ تدوين النتائج المترتبة علي قول‏(‏ نعم‏)‏ أو‏(‏ لا‏)‏ في ورقة علي التوالي‏.
ـ عبري عن أسفك من رفضك لأمر معين مع توضيح اسبابه بدون تردد‏.‏
ـ لاداعي لاستخدام‏ “‏ الكذب الابيض‏” ‏ بل قولي بشجاعة الاسباب الحقيقة لرفضك بطريقة لبقة .‏
ـ لتخفيف التوتر الصادر عن كلمة‏(‏ لا‏)‏ عليك التفوه بها بأسلوب دبلوماسي لطيف بدون إحراج او إهانة لزوجك الذي ترفضين طلبه‏

صحيح من الاحترام ان نعبر عن اراءنا بادب وان نرفض بادب لكن لا ارى قول -لا- قلة ادب قد تكون اجابة صارمة او جافة لا اكثر ؛ لكن بين الزوجين قد تكون لــِ -لا- حساسية خاصة للرجل وقد تخلق مشاكل لا نهاية لها لذا يجب قولها بطريقة غير مباشرة فقط لتجنب المشاكل و الاهانة

لو كانت جلّ العلاقات تقوم على ضوابط وقوانين لتمّ تفادي معظم الخلافات ؛ صحيح الفطرة السليمة كما قلتـِ من الاسس الصلبة للعلاقة لكن لا تكفي الرجولة والانوثة للعيش برغد ، توجد عوامل اقوى
