بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
احببت عبر هدا الصرح المنير ان اقوم بتنوه لفئة عمالية قلما نسمع عنها او نري لها اثر عبر صفحات الجرائد
انهم موظفي اعادة التربية يعملون في نظام البيئة المغلقة فهم اشبه بمجتمع النمل في جحورهم لا احد يعلم طبيعة عملهم وماذا يفعلون داخل تلك الاسوار العالية
بل ان نظرة الناس لهم سلبية لدرجة كبيرة فلو قلت لاحدهم انا اعمل عون اعادة التربية في السجن لنظر اليك نظرة احتقارية ولسان حاله يالطيف من الحبس ومن الناس الي تخدم فيه بل ويتعوذ و....؟
واحبت هنا ان اسلط الضوء هنا للاخوة الشروقيون عامة والمسؤلين عن جريدة الشروق بان يقومو ببحث وتقصي لمهنة هؤولاء الفئة من من العمال التابعين لوزارة العدل لتغير نظرة المجتمع لهم على الاقل
يسلطو فيه معاناة هذه الفئة من المجتمع نعم انهم يعانون في صمت رهيب نعم انهم يعانون ..
قد يستغرب الكثير ان قلت ان اعوان اعادة التربية الذين يعملون في السجن يسجنون بدورهم داخل اسوار السجن بمجرد خطا اداري بسيط يسمونه الحجز فالعون يسجن في السجن الذي يعمل فيه من 3 ايام الى 8 ايام داخل اسوار الحبس وذلك بمقرر قانوني تضمنه القانون الاساسي الجائر للموظفي ادارة السجون والذي توسع في تطبقه مديرو السجون بشكل جائر وظالم فبمجرد تخلف العون نصف ساعة عن العمل مهما كانت المبرارات يسجن العون داخل السجن الذي يعمل فيه
يعمل عون اعادة التربية 24 ساعة كاملة ولا يستفيد الا من 24 ساعة راحة في قطاع تابع لوزارة العدل
ويعمل طول ايام السنة فلا اعياد ولا عطل ولامناسبات فالموظف في ادارة السجون يعمل في كل ايام السنة بل تلغي عطلته في هذه الاعياد والمناسبات
وظيفة موظفي ادارة السجون تشمل
العدل تطبيق الاحكام القضائية للعقوبة السالبة للحرية
التعليم المتمثل في تطبيق سياسة الادماج
الصحة يستفيد منه المسجون داخل المؤسسات العقابية
الامن فقطاع ادارة السجون قطاع امني ولكن ....؟

فهو يعمل مع اخطر فئات المجتمع .....؟

وما يلقونه من معاناة سواءا داخل اسوار السجون التي يعملون بها او من طرف المجتمع والنظرة السلبية لكل من يعمل في السجن

كان الله في عونهم ، لكن أعتقد بأن العمل شرف فس أي قطاع كان ، ولاننسى أن هناك فئة ليست
بالهينة تعاني من شبح البطالة ، فأيهم أهون ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

نعم ليس هناك مجال للمقارنة بين البطالة والعمل في ادارة السجون
لكن الا ترى ان هذا عمال هذا القطاع منبودون من طرف المجتمع
فلو قال لك احدهم اعمل اعمل في السجن لقولت على الفور بعيد الشر
ثم انهم يعانون داخل السجون فلا حقوق ولا عطل وزد عليه تسلط مديري السجون
فالعون في ادارة السجون يسجن داخل السجن الذي يعمل فيه بمجرد خطا بسيط بل حتى بمجرد التاخر عن العمل
لذى اطلب من صحفيي جريدتنا الموقرة عبر هذا المنبر ان يسلطوا الضوء على هذه الفئة التي تعاني في صمت
