بفضل تفتُّح عقله وتطلعه الدائم إلى المعرفة، تمكَّن الإنسان من اكتشاف الوسائل التي تجعل حياته أفضل،و بفضل إبداعه تمكن من تطوير تلك الوسائل، فجعلها أصغر حجمًا وأسهل حملا ًو استخدامًا... إنها الابتكارات التي جعلت كل ما حولنا من المنافع قابلا للحمل في الجيب...
فالهاتف كان ينتمي إلى فئة الأدوات الكهرومنزلية قبل أن يصبح قابلاً للحمل في الجيب...
والحاسوب يزداد ولع البشر به كلما تضاءل حجمه وخفّ وزنه...
والكتاب يقترب من قلوب القراء باقترابه من جيوبهم...
كل هذه المزايا التي يزخر بها الجيب، جعلتني أفكر حقيقة في جعل كل الأمور المفيدة في حياتي أغراضا جيبية أحملها معي أينما حللت.
وعندما أقول الأمور المفيدة،فإني لا أقصد القلم والدفتر وحسب،بل كلّ ما من شأنه أن يعود إلي بخير في دنياي وآخرتي ،وبما أن سُلوكي هو مصدر منفعتي الأول ،فإنني سأجعل بإذن الله بعض سلوكياتي المفيدة سلوكيات جيبية...
1.ذكر الله سبحانه وتعالى :أن تجعل سلوكاً من سلوكاتك الطيبة جيبيًّا،لا يعني بالضرورة أنك ستضعه داخل ذلك التجويف المَخيطِ في سروالك أو قميصك،فالجيب الذي نتحدث عنه أوسع من حيث المعنى،بل يكفي أن تتوفر فيه شروط الغرض الجيبي، وهي: أ).أن يكون صغيرًا خفيفًا ظريفًا،ب).أن يكون استعماله ممكنا في أيّ مكان وفي كل وقت.
وقد بدأت بذكر الله لأنه سلوك جيبي أصلا،فهو أيسر العبادات إلى درجة أن الرسول الذي لا يشُّق على أُمّته عليه الصلاة والسلام دلّ عليه صحابيا يسأله عن أمر جامع يتمسك به، بقوله:"لا يزال لسانُك رطبًا من ذكر الله "،بالإضافة إلى أن أي إنسان يحب لنفسه الخير،سيسعى إلى حسنات الذكر المضاعفة ،بممارسة هذه العبادة ممارسة جيبية،أي بجعلها سهلة التطبيق في كل زمان ومكان (وليس وضعها في الجيب...تذكر هذا).
تعلّمتُ أولا أبسط الأذكار وأسهلها على الحفظ، وهي كثيرة في الكُتيّب الجميل "حصن المسلم" (و هو كتاب جيبْ بالمناسبة) ،ثم اجتهدت قدر الإمكان على أن أطبقها وأنا في حافلة الجامعة أو في انتظارها وغير ذلك...
2.سلوكات صحية:أنا مُطالب أيضا بالاعتناء بصحتي ،وبممارسة ما يؤدي إلى ذلك من مهارات و تعليمات وضعها خبراء ومختصُّون، و في كل وقت ممكن ،ولكن كيف أفعل ذلك ؟ هل أُمارس حركات الانقباض العضلية(*) و أنا في مركز البريد مثلا؟...لا تشغل بالك أبدا، فالحلُّ في رياضةِ الجيب، وهي حركات بسيطة تنفذها بكل سهولة في أي مكان وفي أي وقت... فقد تعلمت من الأطباء وعلماء النفس أن التنفس العميق على سبيل المثال رياضة جيّدة لتقوية القلب ولتغذية الدماغ بالأكسجين،خاصة إذا كانت بطريقة 8-2-8-2 أي شهيق لثمان ثواني وحبس الهواء في الرئتين لثانيتين ثم الزفير لثمان ثوان والتوقف لثانيتين وهكذا...فصِرتُ أستمتع بهذه الرياضة متى أشاء وأينما أريد،وحتى في مركز البريد...
وهناك رياضة أخرى ،تعلمتها في الحقيقة من صديقٍ أخبرني وهو يتفاخر عليّ بعضلة ساعِدِه (**)،بأنه لا يبقى ساكنًا طوال الوقت،بل يُمرّن ذراعه بشَدِّهِ مراتٍ متتالية وكأنه يقبض شيئا...فقُلت لما لا ، إنها رياضةُ جَيبٍ مُسَلِّية.
3.مهارات دراسية:هل تعلم بوجود مهارة من مهارات المُراجعة والمُذاكرة تُسمّى "مُراجعة الجيب"؟...مُراجعة الجيب،نعم، أنا لا امزح...
أتذكَّر من أيام الثانوية،كيف كانت أستاذة الفلسفة المتمكنة،تُرشدُنا إلى طريقة فعالة في مُراجعة الدرس الأول من تلك المادة التي تبدو مُخيفة للبعض منّا،وذلك بأن نُخضِع أيَّ جدالٍ نشهدُه في البيت وأي شجار في الحيّ وأي صراع في الوطن العربي،إلى التساؤل الشهير:"هل هذه مُشكلة أم إشكالية؟"،وبذلك نُراجع الفلسفة في أي مكان وفي كُلّ وقت،دون الحاجة إلى كتاب المادة الذي لم نكُن نفقهُ منهُ شيئا.
و بطريقة المُراجعة الجيبية هذه،يُمكنك أن تُذاكر الفلسفة والرياضيات والعلوم والقانون المدني وفقه المعاملات والبيولوجيا الخلوية والتشريح ...وغيرها، وكل ما عليك هو تطبيق الشرطين السابقين (أ) و(ب)...
فإذا أخذنا درس "البيوع" من دروس الفقه على سبيل المثال،فإن مُراجعته الجيبية،تكون بملاحظة تطبيقاته العملية في محيطك،فعندما تشتري علبة ياوورت من عند بقال الحيّ،عدّد الشروط الشرعية في عملية البيع هذه،وافعل نفس الشيء مع غيرها من الدروس وفي غيرها من المواقف...
هذه إذن عينة صغيرة لِما يُمكن فِعله باستعمال مبدأ الجيبية،وأنت تعرف من دون شك ما الذي تحتاج إلى جعله جيبيا في حياتك، حتى تصبح مجموعةً من السلوكيات والمهارات اليسيرة والمُفيدة، وتُكوِّن منك إنسانا ناجحًا سعيدًا شاكرًا لربه،فابدأ من الآن ولا تتأخر ،فإن العالم سيصير جيبيًّا عمّا قريب.
