وأنا أطالع احدى الجرائد اليومية هذا الصباح اقشعر بدني وزلزلت الارض من تحت قدماي من وقع العنوان الذي قرأته في الصفحة الأولى والذي كان عن ثمانية أطفال اخوة أدخلوا على جناح السرعة الى مستشفى حاسي بحبح بالجلفة قسم العناية المركزة والسبب هو ليس عملية ارهابية ولا زلزال ضرب مدينتهم وليس حادث مرور مميت لأنه لو كان الأمر كذلك لكان الخبر عاديا رغم مرارته بل السبب يا مسلمين كان الجوع..نعم الجوع حيث كانوا يتناولون الحشيش والماء لمدة عشرة أيام كاملة حتى أغمي عليهم ونقلوا الى المستشفى فأجسامهم النحيلة لم تستطع مقاومة الجوع والحشيش طوال عشرة أيام كاملة فحتى البهائم لاتحتمل ذلك فكيف بأطفال صغار أصغرهم ثمانية أشهر وأكبرهم ثلاتة عشر سنة... سيدي الرئيس اهاته هي دولة العزة والكرامة التي وعدتنا بها....اهاته هي بلدي الجزائر التي أعتز بها في قلبي وأحبها أكثر من نفسي وأهلي ....أطفال الجزائر يموتون جوعا وبردا وقهرا في شتاء قارس في قرى ومداشر ليس لهم فيها الا الله.....وأبناء المسؤولين يموتون من التخمة ومن الأنواع المختلفة للمأكولات المستوردة . ويعانون من البدانة وكثرة الأكل..ويدرسون في مدارس خاصة بهم في الوطن وحتى في الخارج بأموال الدولة الجزائرية التي حررها أجداد هؤلاء الأطفال المساكين..سيدي الرئيس أنت ولي أمرنا وأنت راعي هذا الشعب المسكين وأنت المسؤول عنه أمام الله ووالله الذي لا اله الا هو لأنك ميت وانهم ميتون وأنه لم يبق لهم من بؤسهم الا القليل ولم يبق لك ولحكامنا من النعيم الا القليل أيضا وموعدنا عند الله..والولاة والوزراء الذين عينتهم سوف لن ينفعوك غدا وسوف يتعلق هؤلاء المساكين برقبتك ويحاجوك أمام الله فانظر ماذا أنت مجيب اذا سألك الله ماذا فعلت بالأمانة التي توليتها ياعبد العزيز واني أقول هذا الكلام لك وليس للوزراء ولا لوالي الجلفة ولا لرئيس دائرة حاسي بحبح لأنه يعلم الله أنني أٍرجوا فيك الخير والصلاح ومخافة الله وخشيته....اللهم اني بلغت فاشهد.

يؤسفني حقّا أن أقرأ خبرا كهذا
و تبادر إلى ذهني هذا السّؤال:
أ لم يكن لهذه العائلة جيران يعلمون بحالهم؟
كيف يهنأ لجار أن ينام و بطنه ملئى و جاره يبيت على القرى؟؟؟
أين التّكافل الإجتماعي؟
و أين مساعدة الجر لجاره؟؟
سبحان الله حتّى رسولنا صلّى الله عليه و سلّم أوصى بزيادة المرق للطّعام حتّى يكفي
هؤلاء المعوزين يكفيهم ما يسدّ جوعهم و لا يحلمون بلحم أو فواكه أو مشروبات
يكفيهم خبز و حليب، هل هذان العنصران الأسياسيّان غير متوفّران حتّى تضطرّ هذه العائلة لأكل الحشيش؟؟؟
إسمح لي أخي أن أوجّه كلمة لوم إلى جيران هذه العائلة قبل أن أوجّهها لغيره
لا يسعني في الأخير إلاّ أن أقول: ربّي لا تحاسبني بمن بات جائعا أو عطشانا أو متألّما

و لم نسمع أن أحداً مات من الجوع في الجزائر

أرى و الله أعلم أن حادثة دخول هؤلاء الأطفال المساكين إلى المستشفى الاضطراري بداعي عدم وجود ما يسد رمقهم لعدة أيام متتالية مما فاقم الحالة الصحية لديهم إلى حد إدخالهم إلى العناية المركزة على جناح السرعة مما يدل على هول ما آل إليه الوضع الصحي المزري لهؤلاء المساكين.../
فضيحة في حق المجتمع و المحيط الذي تتواجد به العائلة المنكوبة قبل الحديث عن أي فضيحة أخرى /
مآسات إنسانية فضيعة قبل أن يكون إهمال سياسي / لا داعي لمغالطة أنفسنا
هل نحن في مستوى التكافل الاجتماعي المنصوص عليها شرعاً
قال تعالى :
{ و تعاونوا على البر و التقوى و لا تعاونوا على الإثم و العدوان }
فما احوجنا في هذا الزمان وهذه الظروف القاسية الى ان نطبق و نمتثل لللقيم و التعاليم الاسلامية والاخلاق الفاضلة التي ابتعدنا فيها كل البعد عما يريده لنا اسلامنا ورسولنا الكريم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ...وفي الصحيحين من حديث عائشة ومن حديث ابن عمر ( ما زال جبريل يوصيني بالجار حتى ظننت أنه سيورثه )

أولا أشكر الاخوة والأخوات على ردهم حول الموضوع وتعاطفهم مع هؤلاء الأطفال وأوافقهم الرأي بأن للجيران أيضا مسؤولية حول ما حصل لهؤلاء المساكين لأنهم لو سألوا عنهم لما وقع ما وقع....لكن وجهت رسالتي الى رئيس الجمهورية انطلاقا من ايماني أنه هو المسؤول الأول في البلاد وهو الراعي الأول لرعيته وانطلاقا من مقولة الصحابي الفاروق عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه حينما قال لو عثرت بغلة في العراق لسئل عنها عمر يوم القيامة وأيضا حينما جاءه رجل فقير وقال له أقسمت عليك يا أمير المؤمنين أن تكسوا أهلي والا لحاججتك يوم القيامة أمام الله يوم تساق الى الجنة أو الى النار..فبكى عمر ونزع عبائته وأعطاها للرجل خشية من الله ..المسؤوليه أمانة أمام الله وليست قصور وحراس ونعيم ...اذا كان الرسول قد قال أنه لا يؤمن من بات شبعانا وجاره جائع وهو يعلم فليس معنى هذا أن المسؤولين يبيتون في النعيم والقصور وينتظرون أن يساعد الجار جاره...في ايران مثلا انقطع الغاز عن مناطق في الجنوب في فصل الشتاء في أعز البرد فقام الرئيس الايراني الحالي بالذهاب الى تلك المنطقة وأقام فيها خيمة واستدعى وزير الطاقة والداخلية وطلب منهم أن يقيموا معه في الخيمة دون وسائل التدفئة وأمرهم بأن لايغادر أحد الخيمة حتى يتم اصلاح الخلل وايصال الغاز لكامل سكان المنطقة ولبثوا في الخيمة لعدة أيام حتى تم اصلاح الخلل...ولاحول ولاقوة الا بالله.
