الشباك الممنوع!!!والمحرّم دولياً !!!!

الظّاهر أنه في كلّ جمعة اشوف شيء غريب في جريدة الشروق

تعلمون ....سأتحدّث بصفتي بحّار أولاً ومالك لزورق صيد حرفي صغير ثانياً ومتحصّل على ثلاث شهادات في الصيد البحري ثالثاً

لأوضّح أحد الأخطاء التي وقع فيها من لا يعرف عن البحر ربّما إلا إسمه

صحيح أن هناك شيء محرّم دوليّا يمنع صيد الأسماك به..مثل المتفجّرات و استخدام الشباك ذات العين الصغيرة والطول الزائد لأحد أنواع الشباك

وفي المقال المنشور اليوم تحت عنوان صيادون يستخدمون شبكات صيد محرمة دوليا
فمن لا يعرف قد يعتقد أن ذلك صحيح ...مع أن شيئاً واحداً صحيح و هو الطول الزائد للشباك المتحرّك ....وباقي الموضوع غلط في غلط في غلط

في ما يخص شباك التريماي
فالمتفق عله دوليّا هو أن لا يكون قياس العين في هذا الشباك أقل من 24 ميلمتر..وأن يتم سحبه كل يوم ...
هذا هو المتعارف عليه..
أما اليوم فقد جاءنا فلاسفة لا يعرفون شيئاً عن البحر وبدئوا يتفلسفون علينا ويخرجون خرجات مضحكة تنمّ عن جهلهم التاااامّ في هذا المجال..

فبدل ما تتحدّث عن معاناة الصيّادين..ونقص وغلاء الشباك التي تأتينا من تونس أو من الصين أو من أندونيسيا أو من أروبا...يعني حتى الشباك ولا تصنع في بلادنا..عيب والله عيب
وبدل ما تتحدثون عن الإشتراكات المرتفعة لصندوق الضمان الإجتماعي...خاصة بعد أن سيرتفع الأجر القاعدي..فأنا مثلاً والبحار الذي يعمل معي ندفع 9 ملايين في العام ومع ارتفاع الأجر القاعدي سيرتفع إلى 11 مليون أو أكثر هذا بغض النظر عن الضرائب ..وهذا طبعا بالنسبة لزورق صغير فمابالك بسفينة تضمّ طاقم من 20 فرد!!!!
مع أن المدخول ناااقص في ظلّ التيّارات البحريّة السيئة وأحوال البحر المتغيّرة وقسوة العمل ..وندرة الأسماك...التي هجرت من بلاد كثر فيها الرشوة والربا والفساد...

فعليكم التّحدّث عن أطنان المواد المستوردة والمحرّمة دوليا والتي تدخل عبر موانيء الجزائر بدل أن تتحدثون عن شيء غير موجود أصلاً في مجال لا يعرفه إلا أصحابه
