عقود ماقبل التشغيل وجه اخر للإستعباد

كنا نعتقد ان عصور الإستعباد قد ولت لكن اعتقد اننا مخطئون فعقود ما قبل التشغيل احد وجوه الإستعباد المقنع

تخيلو ما صارت الشركات تنهجه في هدا المجال صارت تجلب شباب جامعي مثقف بعقود ما قبل التشغيل ثم تطلب منهم شهاداتهم الجامعين لتجمع بها الملايين حيث تضعها في وثائق اثبات انا تحوز على كافئات جامعية في مختلف المناقصات ... لتتمكن من الحصول على الصفقات والمناقصات .. في الأخير هؤلاء الجامعين ليس لهم في اخر الشهر والمطاف الا النزر القليل من منحة عقود ما قبل التشغيل رغم ان شهاداتهم كانت الأساس الدي تستفيد منه الشركات

كما يتم استغلال شهاداتهم للتمكن من تجديد شهادة التأهيل الخاصة بالمؤسسات . ما معنى هدا ....
في رأي معناه ان هدا الشاب الدي تستغل شهادته هو شريك اساسي في المؤسسة الا انه يهمل ويرفض توضيفه .وبالمقابل تستغل شهادته في الحصول على الملايين

انا اطالب بتدخل الحكومة في هدا الأمر
كما اطالب الشباب بالإنسحاب ورفض سياسات عقود التشغيل كونها تمثل سياسة إستعبادية
والسلام

لا هذا ليس استعباد .. ..

لان رضى الشباب بالعمل بمستوى اجر محدد او متدني وبمدة زمنية يحمل عدة معاني ..

هناك فئة من الشباب من تجعله دخل اضافي يعينها في البحث عن عمل اخر
و هناك فئة تراه افضل من البقاء و الجلوس دون عمل من مبدا اخدم ولوكان باطل
و هناك فئة من ترى فيه الامل للادماج ..
