يسمى البريد المركزي!!!!

السلام عليكم
غبت أيام عن المنتدى و النات عاموما والسبب...
ليس لشغل..
لسبب سوى أن البريد الجزائري بذكاء الإدارة المعهود قرر (ولا أدري بأي عقل فكرت إدارته الموقرة) جعل من يريد دفع فاتورة النات و الهاتف يقف مع من يريد سحب الراتب أو تحويل مال.....
هل يعقل أن يقف المرء ثلاث ساعات لدفع مال؟؟؟
في الحقيقة عند مقارنة خدمة النات عندنا مع الغرب لم يسعني سوى تذكر المثل القائل:أحشفا وسوء كيل!!!!
بعد محاولة إلتزام المباديء وجدت أنه بعد اليوم لا مكان للمباديء في إدارة بلادي..
تصورت من يسير مستقيم في منعرج......
و القصة أني حاولت دفع الفاتورة في البريد المركزي اليوم ولم أستطع ...فقصدت فرع بريدي و أمضيت ثلاث ساعات كاملة وزودتكم بهذه الصور بالهاتف...

الغريب ان الموظف يقوم بكل شيء من بحث ودفع ..ولا أحدثكم على ورقة 200 دينار التي يدفع بها...
