فاكهه محرمه ومع ذلك ناكلها.. !!!

فاكهة حرمها الإسلام .. إنها تلك الفاكهة التي أحبها الناس بشراهة في زماننا هذا،
وتفنوا في أكلها في كل وقت وحين...في كل مكان وكل مجال...

إنها الفاكهة التي أصبحت تسلي الناس في أوقات فراغهم، فضلا عن ساعات عملهم...

إنها الفاكهة التي يأكلها الغني والفقير...

إنها الفاكهة التي حرمها الله في كتابه الكريم ووصف آكلها بأبشع صفة ...ونهانا الحبيب عن أكلها...

لعلكم اخواتي واخواني عرفتموها .....

إنها الغيبة

نعتها الحسن البصري ب " فاكهة النساء " وما أحسبها تقتصر على النساء فقط، فقد أصبحت فاكهة للكل .. رجالا كانوا أم نساء .

نعم تتضح أكثر عند النساء .. ولكنها موجودة عند الرجال أيضا ..فهل آن الآوان كي نحرم علي أنفسنا هذه الفاكهة .. ؟؟

تعالوا نشغل أنفسنا بذكر الله بدلا من الخوض في أعراض هذه وهذا ويكفي أن الله قال فيها: " ولا يغتب بعضكم بعضا أيحب أحدكم أن يأكل لحم أخيه ميتا فكرهتموه "

قال رسول الله: ( إن المفلس من أمتي يأتي يوم القيامة بصلاة وصيام وزكاة، ويأتي قد شتم هذا، وقذف هذا، وأكل مال هذا، وسفك دم هذا، وضرب هذا، فيعطى هذا من حسناته، وهذا من حسناته، فإن فنيت حسناته قبل أن يقضى ما عليه أخذ من خطاياهم فطرحت عليه، ثم طرح في النار! ) صحيح مسلم (2581)

فكم بهذه الألسنة عُبد غير الله تعالى وأشرك
وكم بهذه الألسنة حُكم بغير حكمه سبحانه وتعالى
كم بهذه الألسنة أُحدثت بدع.. وأُدميت أفئدة.. وقُرحت أكباد
كم بهذه الألسنة أرحام تقطعت.. وأوصال تحطمت.. وقلوب تفرقت
كم بهذه الألسنة نزفت دماء.. وقُتل أبرياء.. وعُذب مظلومون
كم بها طُلّقت أمهات.. وقذفت محصنات
كم بها من أموال أُكلت.. وأعراض أُنتهكت.. ونفوس زهقت

يموت الفتى مـن عثـرة بلسانـه *** وليس يموت المرء من عثرة الرِجل


ـ الغيبة في اللغة والاصطلاح، وصورها:

الغيبة لغة: من الغَيْب "وهو كل ما غاب عنك" , وسميت الغيبة بذلك لغياب المذكور حين ذكره الآخرون.
قال ابن منظور: "الغيبة من الاغتياب... أن يتكلم خلف إنسان مستور بسوء" .
والغيبة في الاصطلاح: قد عرفها النبي بقوله: ((أتدرون ما الغيبة؟)) قالوا: الله ورسوله أعلم. قال: ((ذكرك أخاك بما يكره)) .
ولم يرد في كلام النبي تقييده بغَيبة المذكور, لكنه مستفاد من المعني اللغوي للكلمة.
قال النووي: "الغيبة ذكر الإنسان في غيبته بما يكره" .


-صور الغيبة وما يدخل فيها :

ذكر النبي بأن الغيبة إنما تقع فيما يكرهه الإنسان ويؤذيه فقال: ((بما يكره)).
قال النووي في الأذكار مفصلاً ذلك: ذكر المرء بما يكرهه سواء كان ذلك في بدن الشخص أو دينه أو دنياه أو نفسه أو خلْقه أو خُلقه أو ماله أو والده أو ولده أو زوجه أو خادمه أو ثوبه أو حركته أو طلاقته أو عبوسته أو غير ذلك مما يتعلق به سواء ذكرته باللفظ أو الإشارة أو الرمز.
ومن الصور التي تعد أيضاً في الغيبة قال النووي: ومنه قولهم عند ذكره : الله يعافينا ، الله يتوب علينا ، نسأل الله السلامة ونحو ذلك ، فكل ذلك من الغيبة .
ومن صور الغيبة ما قد يخرج من المرء على صورة التعجب أو الاغتمام أو إنكار المنكر قال ابن تيمية: ومنهم من يخرج الغيبة في قالب التعجب فيقول : تعجبت من فلان كيف لا يعمل كيت وكيت... ومنهم من يخرج [النية في قالب] الاغتمام فيقول: مسكين فلان غمني ما جرى له وما ثم له.. .


-الفرق بين الغيبة والبهتان والإفك:
بّين النبي الفرق بين الغيبة والبهتان, ففي الحديث "قيل: أرأيت إن كان فيه ما أقول؟ قال: ((إن كان فيه ما تقول فقد اغتبته, وإن لم يكن فيه ما تقول فقد بهته)) , وفي حديث عبد الله بن عمرو أنهم ذكروا عند رسول الله رجلاً فقالوا: لا يأكل حتى يُطعم, ولا يَرحل حتى يُرحل, فقال النبي : ((اغتبتموه)) فقالوا: يا رسول الله: إنما حدثنا بما فيه قال: ((حسبك إذا ذكرت أخاك بما فيه)) .
والبهتان إنما يكون في الباطل كما قال الله : {والذين يؤذون المؤمنين والمؤمنات بغير ما اكتسبوا فقد احتملوا بهتاناً وإثماً مبيناً} [الأحزاب:58].

والبهت قد يكون غيبة، وقد يكون حضوراً ، قال النووي : "وأصل البهت أن يقال له الباطل في وجه" .
قال الحسن: الغيبة ثلاثة أوجه كلها في كتاب الله : الغيبة والإفك والبهتان.
فأما الغيبة فهو أن تقول في أخيك ما هو فيه ، وأما الإفك فأن تقول فيه ما بلغك عنه ، وأما البهتان فأن تقول فيه ما ليس فيه.

- حكم الغيبة :

الغيبة حرام بإجماع أهل العلم كما نقل ذلك النووي .

واختلف العلماء في عدها من الكبائر أو الصغائر ، وقد نقل القرطبي الاتفاق على كونها من الكبائر لما جاء فيها من الوعيد الشديد في القرآن والسنة ولم يعتد رحمه الله بخلاف بعض أهل العلم ممن قال بأنها من الصغائر .

والقول بأنها من الكبائر هو قول جماهير أهل العلم صاحب كتاب العدة والخلاف في ذلك منقول عن الغزالي .

وقد فصل ابن حجر محاولاً الجمع بين الرأيين فقال: فمن اغتاب ولياً لله أو عالماً ليس كمن اغتاب مجهول الحالة مثلاً.

وقد قالوا: ضابطها ذكر الشخص بما يكره ، وهذا يختلف باختلاف ما يقال فيه ، وقد يشتد تأذيه بذلك .
