ببالغ الأسى والحزن تلقت محافظة نابلس وفلسطين نبأ وفاة المفكر القومي والقائد والناشط الأكاديمي في مجال التعليم وحقوق الإنسان وأحد رواد الفكر الفلسطيني داعس ابوكشك .


وبوفاته تكون الحركة التربوية والسياسية في فلسطين والعالم العربي قد فقدت واحداً من أبرز شخصياتها التي أثرت المكتبة التربوية والسياسية بعشرات المؤلفات ومئات المقالات والدراسات في مختلف جوانب القضية الفلسطينية والحركة التربوية، وأعطت نموذجاً رائداً لشخصية المثقف الفلسطيني الذي لا يحيد عن مواقفه الحرة والمنحازة للحرية والتقدم الاجتماعي والسياسي والوطني .
وقد توفي الكاتب والمفكر والباحث والمناضل داعس ابوكشك عن عمر يناهز 61 عاما قدم خلالها انموذجا رائعا ورياديا في سبيل تقدم الحركة التربوية والسياسية في فلسطين .


وقال الاعلامي غازي ابو كشك شقيق الفقيد : لقد كان الراحل انسان ومثلا يحتذى به من خلال الدراسات والمؤلفات والمقالات والابحاث السياسية التي قام بها خلال سنين حياته واثرى المكتبة الفلسطينية والعربية بعشرات الدراسات التي تعالج وتهتم بالشأن الفلسطيني ولقد مارس طوال حياته مهنة التعليم واعتبرها مهنة مقدسة ويجب التعامل بها من هذا المنطلق الذي يخدم هذه المهنة وضرورة تطويرها الى الامام من اجل ايجاد بوصلة موحدة تخدم القضية الفلسطينة .

ولهذا ركز الراحل داعس ابو كشك على ضرورة متابعة الاجيال القادمة وضرورة توثيق العلاقة
ما بين الطالب والمعلم ويتابع الاعلامي ابو كشك الراحل ابو كمال قد تعرض لمحاولات اعتقال متعددة من قبل الاحتلال الاسرائيلي وذلك رفضا منه للمارسات الا انسانية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني
المحامي غسان الشكعة عضو اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية قال :لقد اعطى الراحل داعس ابو كشك اكثر مما اخذ وكان انسانا جادا وصادقا من خلال تعامله مع الجميع
وكان يحافظ على قدسية التعليم وقدسية العمل السياسي من خلال كتاباته الوحدوية التي تدعو الى الاصلاح .

الدكتور سامي الكيلاني عميد كلية التربية في جامعة النجاح الوطنية :لقد كان انسانا تربويا يمارس مهنة التعليم بحرفية تامة الامر الذي جعل منه معلما ومفكرا وقادرا على تأسيس نهج تعليمي مميز في فلسطين .وكان الرحل له حضور كبير عبى الساحة السياسية الفلسطينية من خلال مشاركته في العديد من الندوات الفكرية والسياسية والتربوية والتي كانت تهدف الى الرقي بالحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية الى الامام .
الدكتو عبد الستار قاسم استاذ العلوم السياسية في جامعة النجاح الوطنية لقد عرفت الراحل داعس ابو كشك منذ 30 عاما وكان خير صديق وخير محب يتعامل مع الجميع ببساطة وهو ابن عائلة لها تاريخ نضالي وعاصرت الثورات الفلسطينية على مدار السنوات ابتداء من العهد البريطاني وحتى يومنا هذا
وفي هذا المجال يعز علي ان اكتب عن صديق ووفي اعطى من جهده ووقته وعمره العديد من الانجازات الوطنية الهامة الني لا يسعني رصدها في هذا المجال
