اختتام الملتقى الوطني العلامة عبد المجيد حبة



اختتمت مساء يوم26/12/2011 بمدينة سيدي خالد من ولاية بسكرة أشغال الملتقى الوطني العلامة عبد المجيد حبة في طبعته الثانية و الذي نظمته جمعية الورتيلاني للثقافة و السياحة برعاية وزارة الثقافة و تحت إشراف السيد والي ولاية بسكرة بعد ثلاثة أيام من المداخلات العلمية القيمة و النقاش التاريخي المتميز، خرج من خلالها المشاركون بمجموعة من التوصيات رفعت للجهات المعنية للنظر في إمكانية تجسيدها على أرض الواقع ،حيث دعا المشاركون إلى :


- جمع أعمال و مخطوطات الشيخ عبد المجيد حبة مع صوره و رسائله و فتاويه و طبعها في حلة أنيقة و توزيعها على المهتمين بالشأن الثقافي للاستفادة منها و توظيفها في الدراسات المتخصصة .


- الدعوة لإطلاق اسم الشيخ عبد المجيد حبة و بقية علماء منطقة الزيبان على المؤسسات التربوية و الثقافية الكبرى بالولاية تخليدا لذكراهم و تكريما لمآثرهم النبيلة .


- دعوة طلبة الجامعات لإعداد بحوث تخرج حول حياة العلامة عبد المجيد حبة و أعماله وكذا بقية الشخصيات الجزائرية المغمورة للتعريف بها، خاصة و أنها وهبت مالها وسخرت حياتها للمحافظة على التراث الوطني .


- الاستمرارية في تنظيم هذا الملتقى الوطني مع دعوة السلطات المحلية و وزارة الثقافة إلى ترسيمه و تخصيص ميزانية ثابتة له بهدف مواصلته في أحسن الظروف، و نشر المعرفة التاريخية التي تساهم في الوعي و تنوير المجتمع .


- المطالبة بجمع أعمال الملتقى الثاني و طبعها في كتاب و على أشرطة فيديو و أقراص مضغوطة و توزيعها على المؤسسات الثقافية و الدينية و المعاهد المختصة لتوثيق فعاليات الملتقى وحتى تظل أرشيفا لتاريخ المنطقة .


- الإسراع في عملية ترميم مسجد سيدي خالد و التهيئة الخارجية للموقع التي تكفلت بها وزارة الثقافة لتسهيل إقامة الزوار في ظروف مناسبة و إعادة الإعتبار لهذا المعلم الديني .


- تدعيم جمعية الورتلاني للثقافة و السياحة ماديا و معنويا لتمكينها من تطبيق برنامجها السنوي المتنوع و تطوير مجلتها الدورية و المشاركة في كل التظاهرات مع منحها مقرا مناسبا لمزاولة أنشطتها الثقافية .


- إنشاء موقع للجمعية على شبكة الأنترنات للتعريف بالمعالم التاريخية التي تزخر بها المنطقة و رجالاتها من العلماء و الشهداء و الأدباء مدعمة بالصور الحية و الوثائق و التسجيلات .



مع العلم أن أشغال الملتقى قد افتتحت بحضور السلطات الولائية و المحلية منهم السيد محمد بوعام الأمين العام لولاية بسكرة نيابة عن السيد الوالي ،و رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي عبد الحميد بوسنة، و عميد كلية الآداب بجامعة محمد خيضر ببسكرة الدكتور محمد خان، و رئيس إتحاد الكتاب الجزائريين يوسف شقرة ، و الأمين الولائي لمنظمة المجاهدين مداني بجاوي، و رئيس المجلس الشعبي البلدي لبلدية سيدي خالد و عدد من النواب بغرفتيه و رؤساء الدوائر علاوة على مثقفي و أعيان أولاد جلال و سيدي خالد ..


استمع المشاركون في الجلسة الافتتاحية إلى كلمة مباشرة للسيد عقبة حبة الأمين العام لرئاسة الجمهورية الذي ثمن فيها هذه المبادرة الرائدة في إحياء تراث رجالات الجزائر و تكريمهم و شاكرا جمعية الورتلاني على المجهودات التي تقوم بها للمحافظة على الذاكرة الجماعية من الاندثار و التنقيب عن كنوز المنطقة في جميع المجالات . و قد لبى دعوة الجمعية لتنشيط فعاليات هذه الأيام الثقافية مجموعة من الباحثين و الأساتذة الجامعيين منهم : أحمد الحمدي (جامعة وهران ) ،بوزيد كيحول (جامعة غرداية ) ،عبد الله شنيني (جامعة تبسة ) ،المهندس الأخضر رحموني ، ،عبد الحليم صيد،محمد العربي حرز الله،عز الدين بالطيب ، ،رضوان زيطوط ،محمد الطاهر خير الدين ، عبد القادر بومعزة.


بالإضافة إلى إحياء أمسية شعرية شارك فيها الشعراء : محمد عاشور ، أحمد قميدة ،أحمد بزيو ،الحاج قاسم .


مع تكريم فارس القرآن في حفل بهيج بالمسجد الذي يحمل اسم الشيخ عبد المجيد حبة في الجلسة الختامية .


للإشارة فإن الشيخ عبد المجيد بن حبة
من مواليد مارس 1911 بمدينة سيدي عقبة من ولاية بسكرة .
حفظ القرآن الكريم و العلوم الشرعية بمسقط رأسه على عدة شيوخ منهم : الصادق بلهادي و محمد بن المنصور الملقب بن دايخة
حضر دروس المصلح الطيب العقبي بجامع بكار بمدينة بسكرة سنة 1929
-كما تلقى دروسا للشيخ الهاشمي بن مبارك في اللغة - درس عدة علوم مثل التفسير الذي ختم دروسه كلها على العامة بمسجد عقبة بن نافع سنة 1952 .
و علم النحو و البيان . والعروض .و الفقه.و المنطق
له عدة تآليف منها :تذكرة أولي الألباب بملخص تاريخ بسكرة و الزاب ، عقبة بن نافع القائد المظفر ، قيد الأوابد من حياة خالد بن سنان العبسي،إسعاف السائل برؤوس المسائل ،
كما أن له كتاب حول تراجم أعلام منطقة الزيبان .
إضافة إلى قصائد عديدة نظمها في مناسبات مختلفة منها قصيدة في نسبه تشمل على 42 بيتا .
كان رغم كبر سنه يواصل مسيرته العلمية متنقلا بين المدن الجزائرية في البحث و جمع كنوز تراثنا الثقافي و قد استفاد من مكتبته الشاملة الغنية بالكتب النادرة و المخطوطات العديد من الباحثين .
توفي بمدينة المغير من ولاية الوادي



يوم السبت 19 سبتمبر 1992و بها دفن.
