و من الاحسن ان يكونا مطبوخان بطريقة جيدة

ساااااااااااهلة مااااااااااااااهلة ليكون طبق
العدس او اللوبيا طايبين مليح
طبعا بعدما تغلي اللوبيا او العدس 5 دقائق و تغسليهم مليح في كسكاس
لتتخلصي من الشوائب العالقة
ضعيها في قدر الضغط مع قليل من اللحم(من اجل البنة فقط)
و الخضار و البصل و الثوم و الطماطم و التوابل و الملح و شوية زيت و الكرافس و الرند
و تمرقي وما تكتريش الماء
و في الاخير

و هو الاهمممممممممممم

و عليكم السلام و رحمة الله ،
شكرًا لك أم هديل..شخصيًا لم أطبخ اللوبيا من قبل لكن أحب العدس خاصةً أن فوائده كثيرة جدا و هذا أطبخه تقريبا كلّ أحد !
و لكن لم أواجه يوما مشكلة مايطيبش ؟
مع أنني لا أغلّيه ( تغليته قد يسبب فقدان الفوائد و الله أعلم)
و لا أستعمل الكوكوطة
و لكن أظن أن طريقتي مختلفة حيث أنني أقلّي العدس مع زيت زيون ثم أضع الخضر و الرند الخ .. و لا أمرّق حتى يتقلى الكلّ.
و لا أستعمل اللحم ، فذقت مرة عدس باللحم و لم يعجبني ، كما أن ذوق العدس طيّب و الاستغناء عن اللحم أفضل صحيًّا.

صح وفعالة انا نديرها في الحمص لان اللوبيا لا اطيقها والعدس نحب نطيبو على نار خفيفة ثم ثم يطيب ويجي هاايل


و لا أستعمل اللحم ، فذقت مرة عدس باللحم و لم يعجبني ، كما أن ذوق العدس طيّب و الاستغناء عن اللحم أفضل صحيًّا
.

امنيتي نتذوق الاكل تاعك ام هديلوووووو....عاد نتخيلك طباخة ماهرة bleh

شكرا لك اختي لكن من الافضل ان تضعي الخميرة مع اللوبيا والماء ( كي اتشمخيهم ) في الليل وفي الصباح تغيري الماء وستحافضين على حبات اللوبيا سليمة وناضجة جدا اما العدس فانا لا اضع فيه اي شيء وحتى اللوبيا غالبا اغليها فقط وتنضج جيدا دون اي اضافات وتكون لذيذة جدا وشهية الجميع طيبة

ههههههه يااختي هذي مش وصفة لان الخميرة تنفخ البطن ونعمل اوجاع وتكثر من الخروج الى المرحاض لانها مجربة منذ سنين كما قال اخ اخلاص كانو في زمان يستعملو البيكاربونات وهي كذالك مادة خطيرة وشكرا ممكن وصفة اخرى وتقبلي كل تقديري واحترماتي
