أنباء عن طلب عائشة القذافي الحصول على لجوء سياسي في إسرائيل

نفى المحامي الإسرائيلي نيك كوفمان أنباء ترددت مؤخرا عن طلب موكلته عائشة القذافي ابنة العقيد الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي الحصول على لجوء سياسي في إسرائيل، وقال كوفمان إنه يحاول إجراء اتصال بشقيقها سيف الإسلام ليمثله أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في لاهاي.
ونقلت صحيفة يديعوت أحرونوت اليوم الجمعة عن المحامي كوفمان قوله إن التقارير عن طلب عائشة القذافي اللجوء السياسي في إسرائيل هي نميمة، وإن عائشة لم تطلب تقديم أي طلب للحصول على لجوء سياسي في البلاد.
وشدد كوفمان على أن عائشة لم تتوجه إليه لأنه محام إسرائيلي وإنما لأنه أحد محامي الدفاع المعروفين جدا في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في لاهاي.
وقال إن عائشة وشقيقها الساعدي توجها إليه في شهر أكتوبرالماضي من خلال محقق يعمل معه وهو كندي.
وتابع "سألني المحقق ما إذا كنت أرغب في تمثيلهما وأجبت فورا بأنه لا توجد مشكلة في ذلك من ناحيتي، لكني طلبت أن يسألهما ما إذا كانت لديهما مشكلة في كوني إسرائيليا".

وقال كوفمان "كان مهما بالنسبة لي أن يعرفا ذلك ولم تكن لدي نية بإخفاء ذلك وفوجئت بأن عائشة والساعدي لم يكترثا بذلك وطلبا أن أمثلهما وكانا يعلمان بشكل واضح أني إسرائيلي".

وأشار كوفمان إلى أن عائشة تعرف أمورا كثيرة جدا وهي شابة ذكية جدا وليست مشتبهة بارتكاب أية مخالفات جنائية.
ورفض كوفمان الإفصاح عن طريقة وشكل اتصاله مع عائشة الموجودة في الجزائر وتخضع لقيود أمنية مشددة تمنعها من التنقل. وقال "في نهاية المطاف أنا أقدم خدمات في إطار دفاع قضائي ولا يمكنني أن أتحدث عن وسائل الاتصال بيني وبين موكلتي".
وأضاف أنه يجري اتصالات مع الساعدي القذافي الذي حصل على لجوء سياسي في النيجر ويخضع لقيود مشددة على تنقله.
وقال "نبحث عن طرق تمنع تسليمه إلى لاهاي، وقبل شهرين توجهت إلى (الشرطة الدولية) الإنتربول من أجل ألا يتم اعتقاله لغرض تسليمه".

وأضاف أن عائشة والساعدي طلبا منه تمثيل شقيقهما سيف الإسلام القذافي المعتقل في ليبيا ويتوقع تسليمه إلى المحكمة الدولية واتهامه بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
وقال "أحاول منذ عدة أسابيع الوصول إليه، لكن السلطات في ليبيا ترفض التعاون، وهم يغلقون سماعة الهاتف في وجهي، وآمل أن أتحدث معه قريبا والحصول على توكيل منه كي أتمكن من تمثيله في حال تسليمه إلى لاهاي".
وقال كوفمان إن عائشة أصيبت بصدمة نفسية في أعقاب مشاهد قتل والدها وشقيقها المعتصم وتطلب من المحكمة الدولية في لاهاي أن تفتح تحقيقا فورا بملابسات الجريمة.
وذكرت صحيفة غارديان البريطانية أن كوفمان راسل المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية خوسيه مورينو أوكامبو في وقت سابق هذا الشهر للمطالبة بفتح تحقيق فوري في ملابسات مقتل معمر القذافي.
وطالب كوفمان بإجابات لسلسلة من الأسئلة عما إذا كانت المحكمة الدولية تحقق في ملابسات الوفاة وإذا ما كانت قد تلقت تقارير الفحوص بعد تشريح الجثة وكذا عن التحقيق بشأن هجوم مزعوم لقوات حلف شمال الأطلسي على موكب القذافي قبل وقت قصير من إلقاء القبض عليه.
