بريطانيا وضعت خططاً سرية لإقامة منطقة حظر جوي فوق سوريا

كشفت صحيفة (ديلي ستار صندي) أمس الأحد، أن وزارة الدفاع البريطانية وضعت خططاً سرية لإقامة منطقة حظر جوي فوق سوريا يشرف عليها (الناتو)، وأن عملاء من جهاز الأمن الخارجي البريطاني (إم آي 6) ووكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية (سي إي إيه) موجودون على الأرض في سوريا. وقالت الصحيفة إن وزارة الدفاع البريطانية وضعت خططاً سرية لإقامة منطقة حظر طيران فوق سوريا يشرف عليها (الناتو)، وإن بريطانيا تحتاج أولاً إلى دعم من مجلس الأمن الدولي التابع للأمم المتحدة لتنفيذ هذه الخطط.
وأضافت أن مسؤولاً أمنياً بريطانياً أكد بأن عملاء من جهاز الأمن الخارجي البريطاني (إم آي 6) ووكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية (سي إي إيه) موجودون على الأرض في سوريا لتقييم الوضع، فيما تجري القوات الخاصة البريطانية إتصالات بالجنود السوريين المنشقين لمعرفة إحتياجاتهم من الأسلحة وأجهزة الإتصالات في حال قررت الحكومة البريطانية تقديم الدعم لهم. ونسبت الصحيفة إلى المسؤول الأمني قوله إن “عملاء (إم آي 6) و(سي آي إيه) تسللوا إلى سوريا للحصول على الحقيقة، ولدينا قوات خاصة ليست بعيدة عنها كُلّفت بمهمة تقييم ما يحدث فيه ومعرفة إحتياجات الجنود السوريين المنشقين من المعدات العسكرية”. وأضاف المسؤول الأمني “سوريا تدعم حزب الله الذي يهدد إسرائيل ومجمل الشرق الأوسط، وتم إيلاء المسألة الأولوية القصوى لأن كل شيء يمكن أن ينهار وعلى غرار ما حصل في ليبيا، لكن هذا سيكون أكبر وأكثـر دموية، لأن المدنيين يُقتلون في سوريا والأمور تبدو سيئة من جميع النواحي”.
وقالت الصحيفة إن إقامة منطقة حظر الطيران في سوريا بدعم من حلف الأطلسي تمت مناقشتها من قبل مجلس الأمن القومي في الحكومة البريطانية، فيما قامت وزارة الدفاع البريطانية بوضع خطط مؤقتة لتنفيذ أي أمر حكومي.
وذكرت الصحيفة أن وزارة الخارجية البريطانية حذّرت رئيس الوزراء ديفيد كاميرون من أن هناك حاجة للحصول على تفويض من مجلس الأمن الدولي قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء حيال سوريا، مع أنه من المرجح أي يواجه بالنقض (الفيتو) من قبل روسيا والصين، غير أن استمرار القتل في سوريا سيضع الأمم المتحدة تحت ضغوط شديدة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
